Pros:

Propojovací tunel s lázněmi, výborné jídlo, velké pokoje, hrací automaty pro větší děti, stánek se suvenýry v hotelu.

Cons:

Areál lázní je rozsáhlý a velmi členitý, hodně jsme toho nachodili a pro starší návštěvníky to může být únavné.

Pros:

Az éttermi személyzet kedves és pörögős. A szálloda környezete rendezett és szép.

Cons:

A szoba tisztasága kritikán aluli volt, ahogy az állapota is. Koszos falak és padlószőnyeg, vízköves zuhanyzó és lötyögő csap. A parkolás fizetős, de parkolóhely alig van. A recepció kiégett és kedvtelen volt. Az étterem kínálata össze nem illő tételekből állt, a gyerek menü nem változatos és nem is egészséges. Sokkal többet vártunk ennyi pénzért.

Pros:

V Zalakarosu jsem byla již podruhé.
Vše bylo velice pěkné. Na rozdíl od minulé návštěvy se nesmělo do křesílek v recepci vynést ani sušenka ke kávě.

Cons:

Nelíbila se mi roztřepaná větrem potrhaná vlajka Maďarska. Státní vlajce je třeba úcta.

Náš opětovný pobyt zaručen. Doporučujeme.
Pros:

Zalakaros opět nezklamal. V hotelu skvělý a příjemný personál. Cestujeme s malým jezevčíkem a když nás uklidový servis potkal tak až dle našeho rozhodnutí provedl uklid, doplnění nebo výměnu ručníků a pod. Takže miláášek v době našeho welnesování na pokoji nerušeně odpočíval. Jídla, pití na vagóny - zkrátka boží. Každý si vybere.

Ubytování bylo čisté, vše tak nějak ok

Cons:

Za tu cenu si představujeme trošku více . A když múžu srovnávat tak oproti park in Sarvár o hodně horši . Pečivo bylo po celý pobyt gumové . výběr jídel vúbec nebyl pestrý a na svačiny mi přišlo že se dávají zbytky ze snídaně a aby vyplnili pulty tak je plnili křupkama to v Sarváru vúbec nebylo
Termály bych doporučil pro rodiny s dětmi. Bazény pro dospělé menši.V Zalakaros nejsou pomale žádné obchúdky kromě menši tržnice která kromě medu a papriky nenabízí pomale nic . Už bych toto ubytování nenavštívil .

A szálloda nevéhez méltó volt, jó benyomás, minimális csalódás.
Pros:

A reggeli jó volt, de ami sütendő, azok kissé alul-sütöttek voltak. (Pl. Bacon, debreceni)
A tízórai, uzsonna tudta a dolgát.
A személyzet igen szorgalmas, kedves volt.

Az ebédnél a hideg-meleg leves kínálatból a hideg (gyümölcsleves) hiányzott.
Az ételek melegen tartása néha kifogásolható volt.
A gyerek-menű esetében (főleg a hasábburgonya) hideg és nem friss.
Egy ilyen kategóriájú étteremben a nektár helyett, a 100 %-os tartalom lenne a várhatóbb.

Pros:

Locația în legătură directa prin tunel cu baie termale, personalul amabil, restaurantul ofertant cu mâncare diversificata și de calitate. Terasa din fata hotelului oferă o relaxare plăcută, iar parcarea este asigurata contra cost ( 7 euro)
