Hôtel très décevant
Pros:

Notre chambre était spacieuse et joliment meublée. Le personnel est courtois.

Cons:

Une chambre au rez de chaussée, très haute de plafond, et dont la fenêtre est aussi haute que que dans un demi sous-sol: pas de vue sur l’extérieur! Le restaurant dans lequel est servi le petit-déjeuner (assez médiocre) est en sous-sol.
Hôtel très cher pour la qualité proposée.

Goed hotel voor max 2 dagen, perfecte uitvalbasis om San Sebastian te verkennen
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Kamer indeling ook prima, enorm hoog plafond

Cons:

Airco, verkeerd gemonteerd waardoor er een laag zoem geluid continu aanwezig is.
Gym en Sauna voorzieningen zijn mooier beschreven dan de realiteit (2 kleine hokjes)

Pros:

The rooms were modern and airy and the bed was very comfortable
The hotel was next door to the bus station, which was great for us

Cons:

It’s about a 20 minute walk from the centre, which was nice when the weather was good
The lady that worked on the front desk wasn’t welcoming

Fine location but didn't meet our expectations for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

This was a conveniently positioned hotel for coming in on the coaches from the airport which was handy for us as we arrived into town around 9.30pm. It was a short walk to across the river into town and handy for the local bars and cafes

Cons:

We booked this hotel as it was advertised as having both a gym and spa while still being walkable to the city centre. The gym was so basic and the sauna/ spa was broken - this was very unapologetically told to us at check in. Our room was fine but lacked a chair to sit at the desk area which we found strange. Luckily we had a decent sized window in our room with a nice view, however this window had had its handle removed so we were unable to close it. It was also adjoining our neighbours room through an internal ledge space to a secondary window which we felt was a really bad design for security, noise and privacy reasons. When this was raised with the front desk, we were handed a handle and expected to fix this ourselves - the handle did not fit and we ended up just having to wedge the window closed with our suitcase. The bed is comfy but we found the pillows too soft. The whole hotel had an unpleasant sewage smell (we have since noticed this raised in other reviews) throughout the hallways. The carpets in the main communal spaces were badly stained with bleach and dirt so made the place feel pretty tatty. The culture centre attached seems to attract lots of migrant men who just seem to congregate outside the hotel all day drinking.

Wyjątkowy hotel dla zwiedzających pieszo.
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny i wygodny hotel z pokojami urządzonymi w loftowym stylu (przynajmniej te na parterze).
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - zaraz przy dworcu hotelowym. Pieszo wszędzie blisko.
Pokoje duże i przestronne, łóżko wygodne
W pokoju był zestaw do parzenia kawy i lodówka w pełni wyposażona

Cons:

Podpowiedź dla właścicela - lepiej byķoby zamienić miejscami łóżko z sofą i krzesłami czyli łóżko dać na górę na antresolę a zestaw wypoczynkowy na dół. Dużo bardziej atrakcyjny byłby wtedy ten pokój

Well located property but let down by the plumbing issues
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Toilet would not always flush, bathroom sink would not empty, the shower did not hold water due rotten boards at the base and water flooded into the entry way. Staff were informed but problem remained. Breakfast was only average
