L’accueil était top et la chambre très bien aménagée

Quarto no 4º andar, muito espaçoso, sossegado, com frigobar. Decoração minimalista e estilo industrial. Cama confortável. Ar condicionado a funcionar perfeitamente, mantendo o quarto sempre fresco. Casa de banho muito espaçosa, com óptimo espaço de duche, com sabonete, gel, duche, shampoo e creme para o corpo.
Óptima localização, a 5 minutos a pé da ponte Maria Cristina e da zona central das compras. A parte velha da cidade, as praias e o bairro Gros também estão facilmente acessíveis com uma caminhada de 10/15 min. Tem uma pequena mercearia/frutaria mesmo em frente.
Pouco espaço para colocar os artigos de higiene pessoal na casa de banho.
Pelo preço do pequeno almoço, a variedade de produtos oferecido era pouca.
Preço muito caro.
This was extremely comfortable, clean, close to the beach and old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was walkable. Right next to the train/bus station so very convenient for transfers. We would definitely stay here again.

Even prior to arrival I had discussions with the receptionist/booking office. On different websites fares are lower for the same room and include even breakfast for the same price as well as no cancellation fees. They tried to convince me with a 25% discount on the parking space (no use of that for me arriving by plane). Would have expected a better customer service and at least to offer the same value for money as sites like booking.com.....Hopefully this will stay the only poor experience with the hotel :-/

Die Zimmer im vierten Stock sind gross, komfortabel und ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Sehr bequemes, grosses Bett. Guter und sehr freundlicher Zimmerservice.
Zu Fuss in die Innenstatt sind es ca 10 min, zum Strand 15min (zu Fuss).
Die Information für Autofahrer ist mangelhaft, es war extrem mühsam zurecht zu kommen. Dabei wäre es so einfach gewesen: man parkt im Parkhaus Atotxa, hierfür gibt es auch einen Rabatt vom Hotel, ausserdem ist es das nächstgelegene. Warum konnten wir diese Information nicht vorab erhalten?
Der Teppich im Flur ist sehr schmutzig, der erste Eindruck, wenn man aus dem Aufzug kommt. Das Zimmer selbst war aber sauber.
Man kann im vierten Stock leider nicht aus dem Fenster schauen, weil diese in ca. 2m Höhe sind.

The location is right next to the bus station, so whenever we visited another town, it felt like we had our own personal shuttle bus back to the hotel. The hotel is actually within the same building as the museum and has a really cool atrium and lovely staff. Which leads me onto the reception staff of the hotel, very helpful, funny and hospitable. We had a very good rapport with the chap with the evening shift. Cleanliness: the hotel itself is spotless. The cleaning staff do an ok ish job, but you have to ask for them to clean it and not just swap towels and toilet paper. The breakfast spread is really good, there's an abundance of choice and the items are replenished often, also the time given for breakfast is longer than I've experienced everywhere.
The wardrobe has about 7 hangers and 2 drawers which is not enough for 2 people therefore its living out of a suitcase for your stay, however as the bedroom is downstairs and the Lounge area upstairs (where there's free space), there's not a lot of space for luggage laid flat. Easily solved by swapping the bed location with the Lounge. Maybe a future design thought.
Artsy, Location is great IN the contemporary art centre, just besides the train / bus station and walking distance from the city centre and many sites
The windows of the Rooms at the ground floor cannot be opened (it is not the hotel’s fault, as it is part of a historical building)

L’environnement est très mal famé. Il y avait deux points de dealer, un presque devant la porte et un second dans le parking ce matin.
Beware of hotel cancelling your booking, after months of having this hotel booked they cancelled my booking giving one days notice via email to verify my card (having already done this months ago). The room was re listed at a much higher price than I paid originally. Very unreliable.
