Lllllooooovvveeeeeeeeeeedddddd it here!! This place was just what I needed for my first time ever in Switzerland! My room was beautiful, clean and comfy. The staff, they were very nice and helpful. I didn't speak the language and one of the staff members at the desk told me if anyone gives me a problem for speaking English instead of the local language, to call the front desk and she'd handle it for me. I accidentally forgot to book my last night originally and was told I'd be downgraded to a smaller room for that day. Instead I was blessed with a bigger room, that had a kitchenette, stove top, microwave, sink and dishes! It was beautiful and very convenient. 5 minutes from the train station(s). Thank you so mu h for accommodating my stay! I'll forever recommend you guys.

Für einen Nacht ist okay
Pros:

Das Hotel ist im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Es ist gut erreichbar und bietet ein für Geschäftsreisen geeignetes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Personal der Unterkunft ist nicht besonders gut vorbereitet oder, wenn ich so sagen darf, nicht besonders kundenfreundlich. Zum einen wurde mir am Abend meiner Ankunft gesagt, dass man nicht in die Tiefgarage fahren könne. Für mich war es besonders wichtig, dort zu parken, da ich viel Gepäck hatte und nicht alles im Regen zum Hotel schleppen wollte. Der sehr junge Mann sagte, die Tür funktioniere nicht. Aus Neugier ging ich hinunter, um nachzuschauen, und tatsächlich standen dort einige Autos. Ein weiterer Punkt war die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet, die nicht gerade die Freundlichkeit in der Kommunikation verkörperte. Sie sprach weder Englisch noch Deutsch wirklich gut (in Zürich!) und hatte ein Problem damit, dass das Frühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten war. Vergeblich erklärte ich ihr, dass ich am Abend mit der Rezeption vereinbart hatte, mir bis zum Morgen etwas zu überlegen, und dass sie es natürlich dazu geben sollten – sie kam einfach immer wieder hinter mir her, bis ich das Frühstück bezahlt hatte. Ich finde, das sollte man auch mal beibringen, denn da man ja auch eine Kaution hinterlegen musste, hätten sie es davon abziehen können, aber natürlich habe ich es während des Essens bezahlt, weil man ihm ansah, dass es ihm sehr wichtig war. Zum anderen haben sie bereits 5 Minuten vor Ende des Frühstücks angefangen, abzuräumen, und pünktlich zum Ende des Frühstücks war draußen nichts mehr zu sehen. Ich bin selbst Hotelmanager und es ist nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich, wenn pünktlich wie nach einem Zugfahrplan, sobald die Zeit gekommen ist, sofort alles abgeräumt wird. Daran sollte noch gearbeitet werden.

A very pleasant one night stop that served us well.
Pros:

nice outdoor dining and lounge area. The room was practical and clean. The gym was a welcome addition and easy to navigate for a 75 year old. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from and good vegetarian selection.

Cons:

I couldn't say we disliked anything. The price was high compared to other countries but that's just Switzerland.

We loved Zurich. Other than the AC issue which seems like a common issue in other cities, the hotel was nice, and staff
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice and staff were friendly. The location although it was not close to the center was conveniently located close to a train station and 5 min away in train from city center.

Cons:

They must fix the no Air conditioning issue. I was sold on this property because of the “a/c”, and proximity to a train station, but it turns out the A/C is not really A/C. It is simply an echo friendly fan system and the rooms were extremely hot inside. We follow the instructions given by front desk but it didn’t really help. We wanted the same type of A/C they have in their lobby, but that is non existent in the rooms. Even the front desk acknowledge that it was not really the A/C we are accustomed to, and it was only an eco friendly version. (Fan)

We were there in the beginning of May and Zurich was hot so I can’t imagine someone staying there in the middle of summer.

Pros:

Wir waren dort für ein Konzert. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Hallenstadions, nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – eine richtig tolle Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett, und wir haben sogar einfach so ein Upgrade bekommen – wirklich total lieb 👍🏼 Das Zimmer war angenehm und sehr sauber. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! ❤️👍🏼

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Frühstück nicht so viel Auswahl. Aber alles hat mega geschmeckt, vor allem das Rührei und der Kalbsbacon – sehr, sehr lecker 😋
