Pros:

الإقامة كانت ممتازة، ودفعنا مبلغ إضافي مقابل ترقية إلى جناح جميل جداً. تعاون الفندق كان رائع أيضاً - عند تسجيل المغادرة أعفونا من رسوم المواقف تعويضاً عن مشكلة التكييف، بالإضافة إلى سرعة استرجاع مبلغ التأمين.

The stay was excellent, and we paid an additional amount to upgrade to a beautiful suite. The hotel’s cooperation was also great — at check-out they waived the parking fee to make up for the AC issue, and the deposit was refunded quickly.

Cons:

بالنسبة للسلبيات، للأسف مكيف الصالة في الجناح لم يكن يعمل بشكل جيد، فحاولوا إصلاحه دون جدوى، وطلبنا تغيير الغرفة لكن لم يتوفر شواغر، فاضطر أطفالي للنوم معي في نفس الغرفة بدل الاستفادة من السرير الآخر. كذلك لا يوجد موظف يساعد بحمل الشنط، فقط عربة تجمع أغراضك فيها وتدفعها بنفسك.

On the downside, unfortunately the AC in the suite’s living room wasn’t working properly. They tried to fix it but couldn’t, and when we asked to switch rooms, none were available — so my kids ended up sleeping with me in the same room instead of using the other bed. Also, there’s no staff to carry luggage; you just get a cart and push your own bags yourself.

Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. It had AC which was helpful those days. The staff was very nice, I asked to use the laundry room and they booked it right away. The location was good for my job activity, but it is not really in the Zurich center.

Pros:

Bed super nice! Good AC

Cons:

The shower design is not so great. Water goes everywhere and no fan so super hot and steamy.
Towels cheap and scratchy. No hair dryer

Location fair. 20 minutes from old town. Let’s of Ubering

Restaurant only fair and pricey.

التعامل ممتاز، والنظافة كذلك، توفر مواقف.

Cons:

التزام الفندق بالدخول الساعة الثالثة، عندما وصلت اخبروني ان الدخول الساعة الثالثة فأخبرتهم انه يتبقى ما يقارب ساعة ونصف تقريباً فاعتذرو لي أن الغرفة غير جاهزة، غلاء المواقف 29 فرانك لليوم الواحد. لا يوجد شطاف بالحمام.
