Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Best Western Plus Premium Inn. The hotel is spotless and modern.
The room os spacious, beds was incredibly comfortable
The staff are outstanding—friendly.
The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
The breakfast is served in two restaurants till 11 AM.
The location is a prime.
I highly recommend the hotel! I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Pros:

Czystość w hotelu na najwyższym poziomie, zarówno w pokoju jak i przy basenie. Panowie, którzy czyszczą basen i leżaki zasługują na najwyższą ocenę. Personel rewelacja, mili, uprzejmi. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne. Świetny pomysł z późniejszym śniadaniem w restauracji New York.

Cons:

Pieczywo do śniadania, brak bułek. Torty i ciastka czuć chemię, może warto byłoby zmienić dostawcę 😊

Очень уютный отель. Еда очень вкусная. Номера красивые, удобные.

Cons:

Разрешено курить везде и это временами мешало. Особенно учитывая, что в отеле очень много детей.

Все было замечательно, спасибо большое!
Pros:

Мне понравился персонал, дизайн отеля, хороший бассейн. Персонал был готов подсказать все необходимое и помочь советом. Все сотрудники были очень приветливые. Можно было также после выселения оставить вещи в отдельной комнате хранения.

Pros:

Hotelul îngrijit cu personal amabil. Mâncarea foarte bună și gustoasă. Ai multe variante in caz că vrei sa mănânci fara gluten. Camerele sunt curate și amenajate cu gust. Locurile de parcare de langa hotel, amplasare excelenta aproape de centru stațiunii și plajă, magazinul Janet cu cele mai bune preturi.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with excellent location, good food (especially local cuisine)

Overall, the hotel is in very good condition and offers good value for a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to both the city center and the beach. I stayed on a full-board basis, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and was particularly impressed by the Bulgarian cuisine. The banitsa and chicken soup were especially delicious and authentic. A variety of beverages is also available at the hotel bar.

The swimming pools are of a decent size and well maintained. During my stay they were comfortable to use, although they may feel somewhat crowded during peak occupancy periods.

The standard room was spacious and well appointed. The bed linens were exceptionally white and fresh, and the towels were also spotless and well maintained, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. Overall, the room provided a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay.

Cons:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would like to share a few suggestions that might further enhance the guest experience.

It seems that bathrobes and slippers are no longer provided in the rooms.

I would also appreciate a wider selection of coffee options. It could be nice to offer filter coffee in thermoses, an additional French press station, and a separate hot water dispenser for tea and other hot beverages.

The breakfast buffet could perhaps benefit from a small reorganization. For example, having additional toasters available and placing them in a more convenient area could help reduce waiting times. Likewise, items such as spoons and other cutlery might be easier for guests to find if they were placed together in a clearly visible location rather than underneath the tables.

Finally, I would encourage a little extra attention to the cleanliness of the dishes. On several occasions, I picked up a coffee cup that had not been thoroughly cleaned.

These are only minor observations, and I hope they may be helpful as constructive feedback for further improving an already enjoyable guest experience.
