Pros:

室内着が濡れてしまいスタッフさんがすぐ対応してくださり誠実な言葉を返してくれて良かったです。

Cons:

強い日差しを遮る為とはいえ全く外が見えず圧迫感を持った。

Loved the location
Pros:

Great location, surrounded by nature rather than buildings was such a treat. 7/11 conveniently on ground floor. The view towards the lake was beautiful, a great place to walk around. The lotus bloom in summer will be a delight to see.
My family loved the bakery inside the hotel, we kind of splurge on the last day just for it 😀
