Quizá, el proceso de acceso al estacionamiento. Tocar el claxon no es algo muy cómodo para mí. Podría haber alguna otra forma.
It was clean and really accommodating. We were going to a wedding and the room was the perfect size for all of us to get ready.
There was not much, if I had to choose o e thing it would be the elevators. They were small for the 4 of us to get into.

Es la segunda vez que lo visitamos y el servicio es muy bueno, además de que las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Excelente servicio.
Todo fue bueno, la comida del restaurante era muy buena, todos son demasiado amables y serviciales, nos facilitaron un servicio de tours, las instalaciones son bonitas, y tiene una pequeña tienda dentro del hotel con productos básicos x si olvidaste algo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, y nunca fue nadie a revisarlo o repararlo, por suerte no hacía tanto calor era el clima agradable , pero a ratos por la noche si necesitaba un poco más de aire, y nos hubiera gustado poder entrar a la piscina, lastimosamente estaba demasiado sucia , y no creímos seguro meternos así 😅 , sería bueno que revisaran eso , ya que la principal razón de escoger este hotel , fue por la piscina 🫠
Fué una muy agradable sorpresa saber q tienen alberca con una temperatura perfecta. La habitación muy limpia y confortable. Los espacios comunes, la seguridad y tranquilidad excelentes. La accesibilidad para llegar muy buena también.
La atención en el restaurante fué muy deficiente. Entiendo q es una concesión por lo q sugiero q evalúen constantemente la operación porque la marca del Hotel se ve afectada.
