Muy satisfactoria
Pros:

Fué una muy agradable sorpresa saber q tienen alberca con una temperatura perfecta. La habitación muy limpia y confortable. Los espacios comunes, la seguridad y tranquilidad excelentes. La accesibilidad para llegar muy buena también.

Cons:

La atención en el restaurante fué muy deficiente. Entiendo q es una concesión por lo q sugiero q evalúen constantemente la operación porque la marca del Hotel se ve afectada.

Que al hacer el check out lo tratan a uno como si se fuera a robar algo, no dejan retirarse hasta que no revisen la habitación, ya es la segunda ves que me hacen eso.

Tenía que salir del hotel a las 5:00 am y me iba a preparar un cafécito y la cafetera no funciono. Es el único detalle, pero todo lo demás muy recomendable.

Solo la habitación

Cons:

Desde la recepción, la actitud de la recepcion muy cortante como si les estuvieras pidiendo regalado algo, solo entregaron la llave y nunca indicaron por dónde se accede a las habitaciones muy indiferentes hasta cortantes.
