清掃されていない。とても汚い。
Cons:

清掃がされていない。
お風呂やその周りがカビだらけで不潔。それが一箇所だけではなく、沢山ある。すぐに目につきましたが、滞在中の清掃でも改善されていなく、残念。
エアコンのフィルターがほこりだらけ。
ベットも湿っていて気持ち悪かった。
予約したのを後悔しています。
とても残念。

Ubicación, comodidad si quieres ir a zonas cercanas
Pros:

La ubicación, el hotel grande, nos recibieron maletas enviadas desde Kioto. Solucionaron un ruido de la puerta del baño sin problema, arreglaron la habitación siempre muy bien.

Cons:

La habitación muy justa para 3 camas independientes que era lo que queríamos pero es lo usual para Japón

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Con esta perfectamente con la línea yamanote. Y si quieres tomar una copa vienes al lado el Prince hotel con unas vistas espectaculares desde la planta 39. Donde puedes disfrutar de una cerveza con unas vistas preciosas un poco caro pero merece la pena.

Cons:

El hotel está muy bien el desayuno perfecto todo el día cambio de zapatillas, bata y ropa de cama.

良くない点が気になるようであれば、宿泊をオススメできません。

フロントの方の対応が丁寧だったこと。

Cons:

古い施設という認識はあったが、改善できることもあると思うので以下になります。
•座る度に沈む便座が不快。
•洗面所のドアや冷蔵庫の扉が右開きのため使い勝手が悪い。
•風呂の温度調節の蛇口が固く適温にできなかった。
•廊下を歩く人の声が昼夜ずっとしていて、心から休まらなかった。
•冷房の温度設定が3段階の切替えだったため適温にならないこと、加えて方向の調節ができないため寒かった。
