Domage que notre chambre était petite et marcher sous la pluie depuis la gare de shinagawa nous a rendu malade

Prestation correcte et bon emplacement
Pros:

Chambre correctes, emplacement a proximité de la gare de Shinagawa. Ligne directe pour Haneda. Dépôt bagage, Tarif correct pour la zone. Personnel courtois.

Cons:

En chambre triple, le 3ème lit est canapé déplié qui est très inconfortable. Le checking sur machine est désagréable même si le personnel aide en cas de soucis. Malheureusement cette méthode devient récurrente au Japon

Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit mais mis à part l’accès l’hôtel est bien.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et complet.

Cons:

L’hôtel est bien, pas loin de la gare sur plan mais avec une pente pour y accéder. Après 11 heures de vol + le Narita express la fatigue c’est fait sentir. Je pense que cela nous aurait moins dérangé si nous n’avions pas tout fait d’un coup.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was extremely underwhelming with not much choice and options. We stayed for two nights and hoped there would be different options, at least for the hot food and proteins but it was the same.

特別良かったわけでもないが、また利用したいと思います。
Pros:

2回にラウンジがあり、コーヒーなどが飲めてくつろげる場所がある。
品川駅から近くて、食事をする場所も沢山ある。

Cons:

基礎化粧品などのアメニティがなかった。

Better than I expected esp with the airport bus service offered by the opposite hotel.
Pros:

1. That it is located in the Shinagawa train station which made it very convinient.
2. My room and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. Having the double bed was a bonus.
3. There was an aiport bus service from the opposite hotel and the hotel had a 7-11 too.

Cons:

1. The uphill walk to get to the hotel which is inconvinient esp when you are tired or have bigger/heavier luggage

Buena ubicación, buen servicio y amabilidad
Pros:

Me gustó lo rápido que fue el check in y check out (podían guardarte las maletas tanto en la entrada como salida)
Cada día dejaban dos botella de agua de cortesía y el personal era muy atento y amable
El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy buena donde la estación más cercana está a 8min andando, con buenas conexiones para ir por todo Tokio
