For a budget hotel this one works. It accommodates 4 people (4 twin beds) so that is a plus. Convenient with 7-11 across

Daily strenuous trip to and from hotel and Metro/Subway station, vice versa!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful housekeeping staffs!

Cons:

The location is too far with a steep slope to tackle by pushing our heavy luggages up. The room is dusty. The toilet has a high step, which made going up and coming down difficult and extremely slippery(slipped and fell a few times).

The ladies at the front desk and the cleaners were exceptional.
Pros:

Location quite convenient

Cons:

Lack of heating on an exceptionally cold night of 9 degrees . The tea , milk and sugar in the lounge too was Zero for the whole of Sunday.

Pros:

Spacious rooms with bigger than other hotel tubs so you can soak after a long day.
Convenient for train station, shopping and attractions. Free amenities for those who didn't pack razor, qtips, comb, the basics.
Laundry, vending machines and room with tables to sit and eat snacks.

Cons:

Only 2 washer/ dryer for whole hotel. It's a combo machine which can take 2 hours to complete the whole cycle. When it's a large load it will need additional time to dry, costing up to ¥1,100 and 3 hours to wash/dry one load.

Hôtel pratique proche de la gare de Shinagawa
Pros:

C'est la troisième fois que nous venons à cet hôtel et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. L'emplacement est idéal. La gare de Shinagawa est pratique car il y a les grandes lignes, ça permet de ne pas aller dans le centre de Tokyo pour prendre le Shinkansen.

満足です。
Pros:

お部屋は綺麗でした。ベビー連れだったのでベビーベッドをお願いしましたが、しっかり柵の高さがある安全なベビーベッドが用意されていたので、安心して寝られました。
フロントの方はチェックイン前の手荷物預けでも丁寧かつ速やかな対応だったり、清掃スタッフの方が朝から笑顔で何度もご挨拶していたり、スタッフの方たちの立ち振る舞いはとても気持ちがよかったです。

Cons:

洗面周りは古いので、バスタブの中に立ったら164cmで「天井が低いなー」とシンプルに思いました。
外国人をたくさん見かけたので、みんな天井に頭がついてしまうのでは？とふと思いました。
ベビーベッドの上げ下げできる面が壁側向きで準備されていたで狭いスペースで向きを変えたり、
ベッドの高さが高い方でセットされていたので、調整部品のネジを外して付け直して高さを変更して使用しました。
事前に1歳児ということは伝えていたし、柵の高さが十分にあるタイプのベビーベッドかどうかを確認したくて連絡を取ったので、「どちらの高さがいいかを聞いていただければよかったのに」と思いましたが、そもそもベビーベッドの高さを変えられること自体知らなかったのでしょうか。
ほとんどの部分が大変満足なので、せっかくご用意があるのであればもう一歩、と期待したくなってしまいました。
