Great location with comfy beds
Pros:

Fantastic location close to Shinagawa Station! The staff were super friendly and check in/out was incredibly easy! Beds were nice and firm with 2 pillows for each person.

Pros:

Hotelli sijainniltaan erinomainen Shinagawan aseman lähellä. Huoneemme 5kerroksessa oli hiljainen. Erinomainen aamiainen ja ihastuttava henkilökunta ohjaamassa pöytiin. Pyykinpesu mahdollisuus, kiva oleskelualue sekä juoma automaatti. Huoneessa hyvä tv, josta sai ihmetellä paikallisia kanavia, myös CNN näkyi.

Cons:

Ilmastointilaitteen lämpötilaa ei voinut säätää, ainoastaan puhallustehoa. Saapuessamme huoneeseen ensimmäisen kerran, kokolattia matolla edellisten asiakkaiden kynnenpalasia. Ei vaatekaappia, tavarat joutui pitämään matkalaukussa, pöytätasolla kasoina. Viihdyimme joka tapauksessa hyvin.

毎回熟睡できるホテル。朝食が美味しかった。
Pros:

色々なホテルに宿泊してきましたが、ここのホテルのベットが一番寝心地が良いと感じます。（私見）
お陰様で今回も熟睡できました。
シャワーの水圧や温度も申し分ない快適な滞在となりました。
朝食は初めていただきましたが、和食と洋食が満遍なく用意されていて満足感のあるものでした。ホールの年配の男性スタッフの方がとても気が回る方で、ああ日本に帰ってきたな〜と実感できました。次回も朝時間が取れる時は朝食を付けようと思います。

Cons:

2つあるうちの内鍵が１つ壊れていた。早く寝たかったのであえて連絡しませんでした。

Awful staff training, recent change in luggage storage policy
Pros:

Room was big enough to open two large suitcases. Breakfast wasn't overcrowded and everything tasted great.

Cons:

I booked the hotel two months in advance for its 24 hour counter in the hope that I can keep my luggage there for one extra day after check out.
Upon arrival, I saw a sign at the elevator lobby stating: since about 6 weeks ago, the hotel changed its luggage storage policy. Luggage storage is now only available on check in and check out dates, and to keep luggage after check out date, you must have a next reservation and pay a fee.
Upon seeing the sign, I inquired the staff whether I could store my luggage after checkout tomorrow and pick it up two days later (being very specific). He replied that I could, but needed to pay a fee.
At check out the next day, however, I was told that since I did not have a next reservation, my luggage cannot be stored here.
If I had known this situation, I would not have booked this hotel in any case.
