Hot water not working in the Bathroom. I have been reporting at night around 10 pm . How was in charge in the reception came and checked. But he doesn’t shot out . I had have shower with really cold water.
I have been reporting about the hot water next day morning.
Manager send the maintenance guy and check.
But still he can’t repair the hot water boiler and taken out for repairs.
So the room doesn’t have hot water to take the shower.
Unfortunately I took the shower with the cold water and felt cold and flue and I spend some amount to see the doctor.
They are not providing me any great services for as paying guest.
So I need full refund for unhappy stays.

Sleeping Bed is Very Sounding I'm very disappointed.
I can't to sleep. Old furniture.
A clean, comfortable large room with a good bathroom. The fan and air con worked well. Good location for transport and shops. Nice to see that kettles and drinking water dispensers have been installed on each floor.
It was close to to the town which was very convenient
AC did not work properly. After telling the staff and them fixing it, it still wasn’t enough.
