The location was perfect being close to the historic centre. The bicycle room was an excellent addition. Great breakfast. Would stay here again.

rude staff
Pros:

location is up a very narrow cobble road nice and quiet , car parking was opposite behind a wall , first impression when you walk in reveals nice lobby , bar area was closed but plenty of bars local , room was really nice but small compared to other hotels, beds very comfy , bathroom spacious and amazing powerful shower , breakfast was really nice with a wide varity of choice [ continental only ],

Cons:

the staff , quite rude and blunt , and if you asked questions it felt like they didnt want to know , getting watched over while eating breakfast felt uncomfortable and the look of disgust i got when i took a banana away to have in my room ,
checking out tried to charge more in tourist tax than what was stated on booking.com then when we questioned it they became rude and argumentative and even threatened calling the police ,
booked a room with balcony , pictures looked great however our balcony was so small it was pointless having 1 .
take the staff away the hotel would be great , but unfortunatly for that reason we wouldnt book or recommend this hotel ,

Davvero ottima posizione in centro .. camere pulite accoglienza e cordialità .. davvero bella la zona antistante alla sala colazione dove si trovano oggetti d'epoca molto molto belli

Posizione 10 e lode e struttura molto accogliente
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, sei in pieno centro con la dotazione del parcheggio, quindi PERFETTO. La struttura è tipica, molto bella, con camere moderne ma sempre stile baita, con un profumo di legno bellissimo, molto confortevoli ed accoglienti.
Buonissima anche la colazione e la sala che la ospita molto accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo Hotel.

Pros:

La stanza era confortevole e pulita, la posizione centrale ed il contesto molto elegante! Il proprietario oltre ad essere un bravissimo fotografo di montagne ci ha consigliato una gita al passo del gavia che si è rivelata molto piacevole.
La colazione sia dolce che salata era abbondante.
Ci siamo tornati e ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Sehr zentrales gutes Hotel, nicht barrierefrei, Frühstückszeiten beachten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz.
Zum Empfang sind ein paar Stufen, also nicht barrierefrei

Cons:

Für meine Reise waren die Frühstückszeiten (erst ab 8:00 Uhr) zu spät, da ich am ersten Tag früher los musste. Am zweiten Tag habe ich gefrühstückt und das war wirklich gut, aber es ist ein kleiner Raum und damit war es zu voll
