Výborná kuchyně
Pros:

Díky velice ochotnému personálu restaurace jsme se cítili opravdu výjimečně. Jídlo bylo vynikající a obsluha empatická. Ještě jednou děkujeme, moc jsme si to užili.

Krásný hotel, s příjemným vybavením, dobrou restaurací, vstřícný k dětem- krásná velká herna, skvělý bazén s plovacími pomůckami pro děti, hřiště. Vysoký standard čistoty. Pohodlné postele. Nádherný výhled.

Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Alles super, ein wunderschönes Hotel, super Lage mitten im Böhmerwald zum Wandern

Cons:

Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut.
Das ganze Hotel, die Zimmer und die Außenanlagen waren sehr schön und weitläufig. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, eine Sauna und einen Garten mit zwei Toren und einem Netz zum Federball spielen etc. Das Spielzimmer hat meinen Kindern auch gefallen.

Die Betten sind bequem und die Matratze gut.

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe und man hat einen super Blick in die Wälder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Ingesamt ein Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleien verschmerzbaren Schönheitsfehlern.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut . Große Auswahl und immer sofort nachgelegt.

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine war dauerhaft defekt und somit standen nur 2 Kaffespezialitäten zur Auswahl. Espresso zum Frühstück ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Im Hallenbad herrschte eine Temperatur die sich wahrscheinlich nur geringfügig von der einer aufgeheizten Sauna unterscheidet. Im Restaurant und auf der Terrasse hatte man sein Glas kaum bis auf ein Drittel geleert wurde schon nach dem nächsten Getränk gefragt. Dies kam etwas aufdringlich rüber. Bei der Frage nach einem Dessert wurde an drei aufeinander folgenden Tagen Zitronenkuchen angeboten , einheimischen Gästen jedoch wurde auch anderer Kuchen serviert. Auf den Zimmern würde ein kleiner Tisch welcher eine normale Höhe aufweist sicher nicht schaden. Ein einfacher Holzklotz ist zwar schön anzuschauen aber für verschiedene Aktivitäten nicht nutzbar.
