Le petit déjeuner était fantastique, le personnel de nettoyage et de service à table très sympathique. L'emplacement était superbe également.

Cons:

Il y a plusieurs points à aborder. La première chose est que nous avions pris une chambre avec patio afin de pouvoir avoir un extérieur, grosse surprise une fois sur place car aucune chambre n'en possède. Nous avions une chambre familiale (43m2) et la réceptionniste nous a proposé de nous surclasser dans une chambre deluxe mais en soit plus petite (33m2)...mais toujours sans extérieur. Ensuite nous avions réservé cette hôtel et non un 5* juste en face car le New City possède un SPA (qui a l'air incroyable en photo) lorsque que nous avons demandé comment y accéder on nous a répondu que la personne qui s'en occupait n était pas là et quand nous avons demandé pour le lendemain on nous a répondu peut être. Autant vous dire que le SPA n'était pas disponible non plus. L'hôtel en lui même correspond davantage à un 3* qu'à un 4*. Il y avait des traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain, la télévision était comme fissurée.

Хороший отель, удобное расположение в центре, отличный вкусный завтрак, сотрудники очень любезны. Хрустальные графин ракии и рюмки на стойке ресепшн как добродошлица заслуживают отдельной похвалы.

Cons:

Искал отель именно с паркингом, а он стоил дополнительно. Оказывается информацию об этом можно найти только в FAQ. От 10 евро я, конечно, не обеднею, но лёгкое разочарование от того, что информация не на виду, имеется. Окна на главную улицу дают много ночного шума - выбирайте номера с видом на двор.

TUTTO TOP, A PARTE IL CONCERTO FINO ALLE 2 DI NOTTE!
Pros:

Struttura in posizione centrale, molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi le vie principali e visitare la città. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con bagno pulito.
Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff che, a causa di un problema alla serratura del nostro fuoristrada, ci ha permesso di parcheggiare all’interno della struttura.
La colazione era varia, con un’ampia scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati.
Il parcheggio è a pagamento, al costo di 10 € al giorno, e i posti disponibili all’interno sono limitati. In alternativa, è possibile parcheggiare in una via stretta situata proprio a lato dell’hotel.

Cons:

Il voto basso riguarda il rumore durante la notte. La nostra camera si affacciava proprio sulla via stretta laterale dell’hotel, dove si trova un locale che ha tenuto musica dal vivo con un concerto fino alle 2 di notte, ovvero fino alla chiusura del locale.
Purtroppo era praticamente impossibile dormire a causa del volume della musica e dei rumori provenienti dalla strada. Riteniamo che sarebbe necessaria una migliore insonorizzazione delle camere che si affacciano su quella via.
