Shuttle from airport worked nicely! Check in was a breeze. Room is very nice, but bitterly cold, which I managed.
Coffee maker, but no tea! Microwave is located so low, that I needed to sit on a floor to be able to see the dial panel.
I wish there would be a hand held shower. Shower head is so high… Would be nice if breakfast included plain yogurt . There are some diabetics among us…
Room amazing, perfect for our disabled family member. Breakfast was okay the eggs and meats were terrible. The waffles were good but one of days it was not mixed right. Beverages were good. Your hotel was the 3rd that I went to in that cluster, both the first 2 places were extremely rude. Your employee was amazing. But I come to think that most of the folks in Florida are just not nice or happy people, many are rude.
Saturday was a very busy day as there were lots of Families there to go on a cruise. The lady that worked the kitchen needed help. The place was a wreck. People are pigs. Leaving all their garbage behind at the table like there was a full wait staff. The lady could not keep up, I feel really bad for her. Some of the folks treated her like crap, she was doing a great job considering

Overall, the stay was good and met our expectations
he airport transfer communication during checkout was terrible. The staff doesn't monitor Booking.com messages and expects guests to make a traditional local phone call. They don't offer communication via WhatsApp or other data-based apps, which is very frustrating for international tourists who usually only have internet data plans. Because of this lack of communication and the resulting delay.

The washing room could be better. One of the dryers was broken and a ceiling tail came off.

It states restaurants are walking distance which they are not. Our room had a musty smell. We had quick responses about our stay until the mention of the musty smell and I hadn’t heard back.
