Our stay was perfect. Great facilities and location to break our journey from NYC to Toronto. Shopping mall within 2 min walk definitely a bonus.

Pool was closed. Very disappointing. Hotel is beautiful so I would assume the pool is exceptional as well.

Pros:

Wow just checked in to one of the more expensive "corner suites" and boy is it nasty! Nearly every piece of furniture is stained and there is a giant crusty brown spot on the floor! Gross! Luxurious view as well, lol.
