Cons:

Booked 2 rooms 10 days ahead of time was told rudely at facility only had one room and couldnt use the facilities

Pool was closed. Very disappointing. Hotel is beautiful so I would assume the pool is exceptional as well.

Disappointed. This property used to be my go-to, 4 times per year.
Pros:

The reception, bartender, location and breakfast were great

Cons:

Staff empathy for a closed pool (Edward and Jasmine), using a digital key in the elevator, waiting for a luggage carrier, warmth of room-breakfast chef

Pros:

Wow just checked in to one of the more expensive "corner suites" and boy is it nasty! Nearly every piece of furniture is stained and there is a giant crusty brown spot on the floor! Gross! Luxurious view as well, lol.

Broken, unfixable AC in our room.
Pros:

Breakfast was quitre good. Up to Embassy Suites standard.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work. We called the front desk. A hotel engineer came to our room. He could not get the AC to work. He brought us a box fan to help cool our room.

Not the hotel it once was
Pros:

Stayed here many times for various reasons. This visit was less than stellar. No shuttle available any longer. Extremely limited options for the complimentary happy hour. Rooms have aged with marred furniture and lumpy carpets. $200 plus hold at check in. Just overall disappointing. Will choose a different property when visiting Syracuse from now on . . .
