Easy, spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

The room was large and spacious and well-furnished. Bathroom was nice and shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. If you're staying in the area this is a fabulous choice.

Nice and comfortable super close to the racetrack.
Pros:

Room was great everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The staff helped me out with a facinator for the races.

Cons:

The view was a little disappointing we were on the first floor but it wasn't horrible just would of liked to be able to see the race track.

Convenient location with parking and apartments are spacious with kitchen and laundry
Pros:

Location near a supermarket so it was nice to be able to have a dinner in especially in winter , staff were very communicative as we thought we may have had to do late checkout, parking on site for $20 a night , nice crisp white sheets and bonus being able to wash and dry clothes after being on a road trip

we were there for 2 nights and our room didn't get serviced, although we got clean towels. Should communicate this upfront
