Recommend to find a different hotel
Cons:

(1) Booked the stay with a crip for my 2 year old daughter, which wasn't provided when we came to the room. Went to the reception and they said they couldn't do anything (the receptionist seemed to be in a hurry to get home). The entire reason for booking the stay was for my daughter to get a proper bed to sleep on a long drive from Italy to Northern Germany, and at 10 PM we were out of options and didn't have that bed...
(2) Walls were paper thin. We could literally follow the discussion in the room next to - and I don't even think they were speaking loud.
(3) Facilities and location was generally poor. Seemed like a prison cell with one small window in an apartment room and the location was an industrial area

There was nothing open around the place on a Sunday and only a vending machine with a tiny coke for 2 euros…

Okay stay.
Pros:

Clean room. AC if you need. Kitchen and everything.

Cons:

The beds weren't that comfy. The free parking is street parking so you have to be lucky to find a free spot. The coffee machine was broken.

Praktisch und sauber.
Pros:

Ruhig gelegen, sauber, großes Zimmer war unterteilt mit separatem Schlafbereich. Genug Parkplätze rundherum. Ein Imbiss beim Eingang. Für eine Nacht super.
