This hotel was perfect for our stay, close to amenities, staff friendly, hotel very clean.
Pros:

Mins from station. Quiet location, clean and friendly

Cons:

Not much of an atmosphere in the communal areas although was quiet.

Pros:

Loved the atmosphere in the hotel, it had a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The staff were nice and very helpful, which made it a joy to stay at the hotel.

Pros:

朝食の点数は少ないがパンが美味しく、色んなアレンジが楽しめてめちゃくちゃ満足出来る！！
喫煙所が各階に設置されてて便利！
スタッフがとても素敵だった！！

Great for a short stay in Osaka
Pros:

Free snacks and drinks every afternoon, beer not included though. could take records from reception to play in your room which was a unique touch. great food spots nearby. Super helpful with forwarding luggage.
Has a whole kitchen for public use which is great!

Cons:

Housekeeping left all of their stuff all over the hallways which sometimes made it a bit of a quest to get to the elevator. Rooms were only cleaned every 3rd day. Breakfast was nice but probably not worth it for what it cost

Bathroom is outdated , the curtain need be replaced or cleaned, there is smell.
Pros:

Good value based on what I paid for the room.

Cons:

Near major Express way, can be noisy when motorcycles going by during the night. The pillows are a little too hard, should give one more less firm one like most hotels do these days, providing 2 different kinds of pillows to suit guest needs.

Pros:

生活感のあるエリアで散策が楽しかったです
料金が抑えめで妥当だなと思いました

Cons:

水まわりの掃除が気になりました
洗面台、浴槽のフチ
磨いたら落ちる垢があって思わず掃除してしまった
チェックアウト時に鍵の返却時に目の前に立っていたけれどほぼ無言でいってらっしゃいいってきますができず寂しかったです
