Pros:

Perfekte Lage in Southpark. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe sind auch Hopp On/Hopp Off Busse verschiedener Anbieter. Es ist nicht ganz ruhig im Zimmer, aber man kann schlafen. Wir hatten für vier Nächte ein Appartement mit drei Personen, das war schon etwas eng. Alles war sauber. Die Küche war super. Leider wurde Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt (Pads) und der Service kam am einzigen Tag, an dem wir ihn erwartet hatten, erst 17 Uhr, fragte, ob wir etwas brauchen, und brachte auf unsere Bitte hin neue Handtücher. Mehr nicht. Für WC-Papier musste ich mehrfach bei der Rezeption nachfragen, später brachte jemand WC-Papier. Kaffeepads hatte die Rezeption auf unsere Frage hin nicht. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker, auch der Kaffee. An einem Feiertag war es sehr voll, mit den vielen Leuten war das Frühstückspersonal überfordert. Alle anderen Tage waren perfekt. Hervorzuheben ist die stete Freundlichkeit des Personals. Leider hatte unsere Gruppe von sieben Personen Zimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Beim Frühstück wurden uns sogar Plätze reserviert, damit wir zusammen sitzen können. Man merkt den Personalmangel.

Cons:

Unser Apartment roch ständig muffig wie ein Bad ohne Lüfter, es war (im März) sehr warm im Apartment. (Die Zimmer der anderen Personen aus der Gruppe waren in Ordnung.) Zimmerservice war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Kaffee/Tee wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Im Nachgang gab es mehrere Mails mit der Bitte um eine sehr gute Bewertung, da hatten wir unsere Bewertungen schon geschrieben.

Très beau séjour
Pros:

Le service était très bien, et merci à tout le personnel du petit-déjeuner qui était attentionné, spécialement Bianca de l'équipe du petit-déjeuner qui était toujours souriante, accueillante.
Belles prestations, excellent petit déjeuner très complet, et les chambres sont spacieuses.

Cons:

Il faisait trop chaud dans les chambres avec la canicule....l'air conditionné dysfonctionnait, parfois une partie de la chambre était plus chaude que dehors...au 5e etage c'était vraiment gênant, même la nuit
Le ménage le premier jour les lits étaient mal faits et l'aspirateur n'était pas passé. Dommage. Sinon c'était ok et propre.

Pros:

Breakfast was an eclectic mixture of food to suit the eclectic mixture of guests. Iolanda ran this operation very smoothly considering tehy numbers of people using the service.

Cons:

As a UK citizen being asked for ID in my own country did not feel appropriate.

A very mediocre stay overall - but at least we had a place to sleep
Pros:

(1) The towels were good... I like them thick and absorbent, and they were; (2) The staff was pretty responsive when we called for something; (3) The breakfast staff smiled and welcomed you for the first day; (4) The TV was nice sized and the channels were good; (4) The area had some nice restaurants and it was not very far to the London Bridge station (10 minute walk about) to catch the ThamesLink directly to Gatwick; (5) I liked the Nespresso machine and the refrigerator for keeping the drinks cool (6) The price was better than the other options I had, but now I see why it was cheaper

Cons:

(1) Air conditioning was broken (partially working, but barely) and we were given an extremely noisy portable one that kept my family up at night; (2) the bathroom was tiny tiny tiny... you had one spot to stand and turn around to use the toilet, sink, or step into the shower... and the ventilation fan wasn't very strong, so it had that very humid feeling for a long time after a shower; (3) Very corporate style breakfast - absolutely no love put into the preparation... cardboard-style pancakes, frozen potato cakes that had zero taste, and sickeningly syrupy orange juice for examples. The plain yoghurt and the baked beans were the only things I could stomach - but those are pretty hard to screw up; (4) The extra sofa bed was super lumpy... the main bed was fine, but the pull out bed was definitely uncomfortable.
