Mould-ridden room and staff did nothing to help us
Pros:

Location was great and the breakfasts were lovely!

Cons:

We stayed in a room that smelled of strong mould. We raised this several times and nothing was done about it.

Très bien situé idéal pour visiter Londres . Petit déjeuner copieux assez basique . Personnel très souriant. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages . On nous a offert des cookies à notre arrivée.

Cons:

L’appartement était petit pour 3 après avoir ouvert le canapé lit on ne peut plus trop bouger. Pas d’emplacement pour poser 2 valises. 2 chaises alors qu’on était 3. La salle de bain sentait l’humidité car pas de fenêtre.

Gern wieder.
Pros:

Gut und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer und Küche, alles da was benötigt wird. Frühstück von süß bis deftig und alles ausreichend vorhanden. Kaffee und Wasser rund um die Uhr zur freien Verfügung. Sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich liebe frische Luft und hätte gern das Fenster weiter aufgemacht. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ging das aber nur 15 cm... Man kann aber die Klimaanlage laufen lassen, so dass der Raum auch in der Nacht (dann ohne laufende Klimaanlage) ausreichend kühl ist.

Felt at home at the Residence Inn
Pros:

Location of this hotel is great. Lots of restaurants and bars and places of interest nearby. Excellent transport links too. Facilities were great. Our suite was spacious with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was superb.
