Pros:

The staff was absolutly wonderfull, friendly and super helpfull 10 out of 10.

Cons:

The beds and linnen was clean however the bathroom, the elevevators and overall rest of the facility is in need of a deep clean. Unfortunedly this did not live up to expectations or pictures.

Приехали второй раз, но отель за 3 года изменился в худшую сторону.
Pros:

Большой бассейн

Cons:

Персонал не довольный, не клиентоориентированный.
Уборка в номере -только подметают
кухня не съедобная, даже в спагетти нашли волос, а падтай был почему -то кислый.
еще при выселении нам сказали, что пропал шампунь из номера,хотя я им мылась накануне вечером, и заставили его оплатить.

Rien c'était une horrible expérience. Première fois que je fui un hôtel pour ne pas être sur place. Je suis rentré à 2 h du matin et j'ai quitté l'hôtel à 6 h 30

Cons:

Dès l’ouverture de la porte de la chambre, une odeur de moisi nous a surpris, je précise qu’il s’agit de la chambre la plus chère de cet hôtel. Les toilettes étaient sales, et la piscine (car oui, j’avais pris l’option accès piscine) était sale également. J’ai téléphoné pour qu’elle soit nettoyée, mais à notre retour c’était pareil. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Bref, je quitte la Thaïlande déçu de cette dernière nuit. Pendant tout mon séjour, j’ai payé des hôtels au même prix, et la différence est vraiment incroyable. Honnêtement, n’y allez pas !

Simply lovely - much need break and was perfect for that!
Pros:

From start to finish, the experience was great. Staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed and cool (thanks to good AC). Loved the pool and the swim in/out room.

Cons:

I know it is a quieter time when I was there with not as many guests but I noticed the pool bar was not manned a lot of the time. I saw past maybe 5 times to possibly get a drink and no one was there on all 5 occasions but not a major as I could have waited.

Pros:

Останавливаемся здесь уже не первый раз. Шикарные бассейны, вкусные завтраки, близость к аэропорту. Пляж рядом - не для купания, но на машине легко можно доехать на любой из пляжей острова.

Overall superb Resort with great swimming pool and excellent breakfast . Mai Khao is a peaceful side of Phuket . So don't expect loud clubbing and pubbing in this area

Cons:

Too big property with long walks. Cycles are issued with cash deposit only , no option to pay by card.
