Außergewöhnliche Lage mit sehr weitläufiger Aussenanlage, schönes Zimmer, selbst wenn kein Blick in die Berge, sehr charmantes, professionelles Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, zu jeder Zeit fantastisches Badeerlebnis.
Die Portionen des Abendmenüs (65 €) waren recht klein, einfache Eispeisen zum Frühstück sollten inklusive sein, kosten aber extra und dann sehr teuer.

The staff is extremely friendly and they made sure our stay was exceptional. Every meal was fantastic with a great view of Tuscan hills.
Nothing. The place is a dream.
Everything was exceptional, from the service to the food to the amazing views from the restaurants and pools. The location is unique, just few steps from the Bagno Vignoni historical pool. The restaurants in the village are also very good. It is a traditional style hotel that blends in the surroundings perfectly and provides great thermal pools and a internal SPA. They provide very nice slippers, bathrobe, totes and swimming pool cap.
The breakfast offered many options, all of great quality and the dinner is high quality.
Each person in the staff (also in the SPA) speaks very good english.
such an amazing hotel and staff deserves better pillows. Please please please upgrade the pillows or simply change them OR make sure there is a choice available for them...
