Gerne wieder! Sehr nettes Personal und schönes Zimmer. Aufzug vorhanden.
Pros:

Lage direkt am Marktplatz in Pistoia. Tolles Frühstück in der angrenzenden Bar. Alles frisch zubereitet.

Schönes italienisches Hotel mitten in Pistoia mit nettem Personal und schönen Zimmern.
Pros:

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mitten in Pistoia. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Im Zimmer gab eine Kaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Minibar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab mehrere Kissen. Zudem gab es auch mehrere verschieden große Handtücher zur Auswahl. Auf Nachfrage haben wir auch problemlos einen zweiten Bezug zum Zudecken bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat mit uns - auf unsere Bitten hin - italienisch gesprochen. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Wir fanden es gut, dass die Wurst, der Käse und das Brot (das Foccacia war super) direkt frisch abgeschnitten wurde. Da lag nichts lange rum und man sah, dass es gute toskanische Sachen und keine Packungsware waren. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir draußen frühstücken konnten, fast direkt an der Piazza del sala, dem Hauptplatz von Pistoia, das hatte was. Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist ca. 300 m weg, weil das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist. Es gibt zwar ein paar Parkplätze in PIstoia, aber die billigeren sind dann doch ein Stückchen weg. In die Innenstadt darf man nur mit Genehmigung fahren. Pistoia selbst ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit Dom und vielen alten Gebäuden, aber mit wenig Touristen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Man kann an vielen Stellen draußen sitzen und das "dolche vita" genießen.

Cons:

Die Klimananlage im Zimmer hat nachts leider nicht weiter runter als ca. 27 Grad gekühlt - das war schon sehr warm. Die Tür zum Bad, das quasi in den Raum eingebaut ist, schloss nicht ganz. Parken kostet pro Tag 15 €. Dies wurde uns dann erst beim Auschecken gesagt, nachdem wir drei Tage auf dem Parkplatz gestanden hatten. Da wäre eine frühere Info gut gewesen.

Pros:

Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Удобное месторасположение. Недалеко от вокзала и практически на соборной площади. Окна номера выходили на Баптистерий.
Отель небольшой, в старинном здании с отличной звукоизоляцией. Было очень тихо.
В номере было всё необходимое для проживания. Всё продумано для удобства путешественника и выглядело очень эстетично. Прекрасно работал кондиционер. У кондиционера очень правильно расположен выдув воздуха – вверх. Была приятная прохлада, но при этом ничего не дуло и не сквозило.
Понравилась огромная кровать. Обе ночи отлично спала и вставала выспавшаяся. В номере был просторный удобный душ и большие, мягкие, новые полотенца.
Вкусные завтраки подавались в кафе внизу. Очень любезный персонал на завтраке. Всё рассказали, показали и накормили!
Спасибо администратору Лоренцо, который дождался нашего приезда, всё рассказал и объяснил, как пользоваться лифтом.
Отель однозначно можно рекомендовать для проживания в самом сердце Пистойи. Если приедем ещё в этот город, конечно же остановимся именно тут!
