A really interesting town, good museums, restaurants and good train connections.
Pros:

The location at the centre of old town was excellent. The best part was the helpful friendly staff who did all they could to help throughout. Recently renovated property provides great breakfast.

Cons:

Some people might be put off by the access in such an old part of the town.

Ecco un hotel che mi piace considerare seconda casa. Per professionalità , gentilezza dello staff, qualità della colazione e, molto importante, l'accoglienza con un sorriso come tra vecchie conoscenze.
Posizione assolutamente di pregio e staff pronto a suggerire mete in città.
Un luogo dove tornare ancora, perché è una "tana" molto confortevole

Cons:

Forse qualche stanza avrà bisogno di un "ripasso" di alcuni dettagli in futuro, ma al momento è tutto di buon livello.

Het lawaai op zaterdagavond, maar daar kon de accomodatie niets aan doen.
Warm op de kamer, geen airco.

The location is perfect

Cons:

The room was small. There were no dressers and nowhere to put suitcases and clothing . no sitting area . The bathroom good but bathroom sounds echoed because of the tile and the glass door reducing privacy.

A Gem in Pistoia
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, Internet service was strong, and it was quiet. Our room was directly behind the Baptistery with a pleasant street view, and it was a short walk to a number of sights, restaurants, and shops. Lorenzo is a kind and friendly host, and we enjoyed talking to him. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of sweet and savory selections. Grazie mille, Lorenzo, hope to see you again!

Consigliatissimo, pulito e anche bello. Colazione favolosa e abbondante.
Pros:

Posizione veramente centrale, non facilissima da trova e con parcheggio nelle vicinanze, ma comodo se si vuol stare in centro

Pros:

La struttura è centralissima. Dietro il Battistero di Piazza Duomo. È pulita, la camera accogliente, il personale gentile.
Ho chiesto un phon più potente per il bagno e me ne hanno comprato uno nuovo!
La colazione è buona in una saletta che si affaccia su una graziosa stradina. Ho parcheggiato al Parcheggio Misericordia che è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

A parte il Phon a parete nel bagno, direi niente!
