Pros:

Lokacija hotela u centru, poklon dobrodošlice (voće, svaki dan voda), poklon na odlasku (iako datulje nemaju veze sa Rogaškom ;)), manji je hotel pa nije bilo gužve u restoranu/fitnessu/bazenu, dobili smo besplatan upgrade sobe.

Cons:

Zgrada (fasada) i okoliš hotela izgledaju zapušteno i nikako na razini 5* hotela. Osoblje je ljubazno, međutim 90% osoblja (konobari) su mladi Rusi koji ne govore ni slovenski niti razumiju hrvatski tako da je sa njima komunikacija potrebna na engleskom jeziku - zbog ne razumijevanja je često dolazilo do pogrešnih narudžbi jela/pića. Budući da nemaju dovoljno iskustva njihova usluga nikako nije na razini hotela sa 5* - ne zamjeramo, ali uz njih bi morala biti jedna starija iskusna osoba. Na naručena jela se čeka jako dugo, primjerice za doručak naručite omlet i kavu, kava dođe za 10 minuta, a omlet tek za pola sata. Za ručak/večeru u restoranu koji reklamiraju kao "local cuisine" je mali izbor jela, a čak polovica njih su koja nisu uobičajena za Rogašku ili Sloveniju - npr. od desetak jela čak njih 4-5 su razne varijacije azijskih jela. Na terasi hotela nema nikakve tihe muzike koja bi uljepšala doživljaj. Na staklenom krovu iznad bazena pola stakala je popucalo. U wellnessu od 4 saune radile su samo 2 (nije radila turska i infracrvena). Prvi dan kada smo došli, 90% ležaljki je bilo "zauzeto" ostavljenim ručnicima od gostiju i ostavljenim čašama koje za 3 sata što smo bili u wellnessu nitko od osoblja nije došao pogledati ili očistiti. Sve nabrojano su "sitnice" koje narušavaju image hotela sa 5*.

Great location, we even got an upgrade to suite, staff is great, breakfast great

Cons:

SPA area could use some improvement. Turkish bath didn’t work for maintenance but for 3 days nobody was doing anything to reopen it. Door to garden were often closed.

Ljubazno osoblje u svakom trenutku spremno ispuniti i sto jos niste pozeljeli! Dorucak je savrsen izbor zdrave hrane. Rucak i vecera fenomenalni, kuhar je carobnjak❤️Bazen i spa savrseni za odmor i uzivanje.

Sve je bilo savrseno.
