Perfekte Lage in der Nähe vom Heidsee und gleich bei der Talstation zum Rothorn.

Keine Gläser im Badezimmer.

Pros:

Zimmer einfach und schön. Cool mit dem grossen Fenster, gibt eine spezielle Atmosphäre.
Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Kommunikation bez. Parkplatz war für mich ungenügend. Beim Frühstück zu wenig Personal.

Pros:

We came to escape the heatwave and were not disappointed we literally booked last minute and everything worked like clockwork digital checking parking all. The rooms have a nice view (all of them face the same direction) ours was a bit warm and had only a tiny window to open. Breakfast was good except for the horribly bitter and burned cappuccino/espresso. We had a nice dinner there two with an ice excellent burger. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We will be back

Pros:

Staff is great! Location is just next to Rothorn lift. Absolutely great view!

Cons:

I had problems with a direct phone contact with the hotel. In the end although I forgot something we managed to get in touch and they sent it back to me.
