Um hotel antiquado e sujo: recomendo buscar outra opção próxima do NRG Stadium, em Houston

Eu me hospedei no Summit Inn, em Houston, por conta de uma partida na Copa do Mundo de 2026. Foi fácil de chegar por transporte público. Foi a única qualidade.

Cons:

Hotel antiquado, decadente e com péssima gestão. Logo ao lado há um outro estabelecimento, o Main Stay, que me pareceu mais limpo e confortável. No Summit Inn, o meu quarto carecia de boa limpeza, para começar. Aluguei para três pessoas -- e só havia espaço para duas pessoas. Para culminar, o gerente foi bastante mal-educado. Espero nunca mais pisar ali.

The only thing decent about this property is location.

When I first arrived they charged me a $50 security deposit which they have yet to refund me for and it’s been 2 weeks. Also every single towel in the unit was dirty and stained. There was crusty stuff stuck on the towels that I had no idea what it even was. The entire flooring inside the shower was not cleaned and it was stained due to not being cleaned and it looked black and filthy. There was also mold and mildew everywhere. The toilet would barely flush. They do not clean nothing at all at this place. Not the bathroom, not the bedding, not the floors, not the sink, not the countertops, not the little fridge. The stand under the TV was cracked and starting to cave in. The bedsheets and pillowcases were not cleaned. Nothing in the entire unit was clean. I constantly felt like I had to make sure there were no bed bugs. That’s honestly the only positive that I did not come across. I understand you cannot control what other people do that book here and just sit in the parking lot but it’s always loud music in the parking lot especially at night and people smoke leaf on the property as well. The front desk people act like they don’t know what they’re doing and blame it on being new but will take your money no issue at all. They never answer the phone even when I’ve called several different times a day.

Not such a good area to stay
Pros:

It's quite good considering other opinions but there's no train or metro around and there aren't many shops around as well.

Cons:

Location - Far away from the city
No shops nearby.
Some strange people walking around and in the bus always drunk people and some of them sounds used drugs that makes you fell unsafe

Reservei este quarto para três pessoas. Porém só havia acomodação para duas. O quarto era antiquado e não estava bem limpo. O gerente não foi prestativo. Logo ao lado, existe um hotel com melhor gestão.
