Pros:

Older establishment but very clean and well worth the money for what we needed the the room for. A place to sleep. It was nice and quiet.

Dirty sheets with holes, cigarettes burns, sofa was black from dirt on arm rest and seats, bed bugs.. my girlfriend is still dealing with the bumbs on her body from bites, told front desk and he said there wer no bugs In room like we wer making up stories, became aggressive when asked for refund

Know what to expect for the price and you'll be happy with this stay.
Pros:

I asked for an extra pillow and got it! That never happens at other hotels. Thank you so much for that. The bed was comfy and the room served all my purposes. The shampoo and conditioner smelled good; I forgot my products and was grateful to have them.

Cons:

The water was hard but I think that's just Houston!
