Très grande chambre, magnifiquevue sur la ville, l'ensemble du personnel était très à écoute, attentif et sympathique. L'entretien de la chambre était parfait, des bouteilles d'eau étaient données chaque jour. La chambre était très bien équipée (fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, petite cuisine, etc...)

Cons:

Problème d'eau chaude dans la douche avec une alternance eau chaude et eau froide.
Quelque problématiques de finition dans la chambre, poignée de la salle de bain absente, une partie des joints d'une fenêtre était absent.

Hotel moderno con excelente ubicación y servicio.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el hotel en si está muy bonito, desde que entras un olor súper rico, tiene un café Starbucks en el lobby y los cuartos están amplios, modernos, bonitos y limpios. También seguridad 24/7. Todo excelente!

Es una buena opción …
Pros:

Habitaciones muy bien acondicionadas y nítidas … la ubicación es ideal para aquellos que buscamos un lugar intermedio entre el centro y sur de la ciudad.

Cons:

El servicio del restaurante muy demorado y poco servicial, tuve que retirarme en dos ocasiones por falta de atención…

Hotel con excelente ubicación para realizar actividades de esparcimiento y/o de negocios.
Pros:

En esta ocasión se nos asignó una habitación mejor, con vista a una calle perpendicular a Insurgentes y no hacia la estructura metálica de un edificio cuya construcción se ha interrumpido, por ello, fue una vista más agradable. También la regadera en la ducha funcionó bien y la habitación si contaba con frigo bar.

Cons:

En ocasiones anteriores se me asignaron habitaciones sin frigo bar, además no contaba con el dispositivo para usar la regadera fija y solo se podía usar la regadera manual. También se me había asignado una habitación sin sillón para descansar y el tapete estaba raído y sucio.
