The staff were super polite and helpful. The amenities are okay and the room was cozy and relaxing. The location is also very convenient because there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is an ATM in front.

We had a good experience staying in this hotel. Very accommodating staff, rooms are clean too and very cozy place near to almost everything.
First, it locates in the centre of the city, it is near to Sapa Square. They have cafe below the hotel, so the atmosphere is good. The service is good too. The guy can speak a little bit of Indonesian. He is friendly. So, it’s perfect for Indonesian people. We are 3 people by the way, it’s hard to find a good one for 3 people. So, it’s perfect. They have a limousine sleeping bus service too.
Awesome place to stay!! Easy access and strong wifi!! Breakfast was buzz!! The room itself fit 3 people with some spaces still, which I would say was worth it!! The environment are busy like usual and there are lots of food nearby, walkable atleast!!

We had a good time at the Sapa Centre Hotel. The rooms as well as the restaurant are cozy and clean. The real highlight of the hotel however is the amazing staff, especially the owner. They are very caring and assist you with any matter.

Receptionist “Dua Lippa” is very accommodating - interacts well with guests, makes sure that guests are attended to properly. Sa Pa centte hotel is also a nice place to stay, good food and near to almost anything you need in Sa Pa ;)
