Great location and such a cute hotel
Pros:

Locarion, location. Our room had a wonderful balcony with views of the mountains and city. Dua Lipa the Receptionist is a star - so helpful and always cheeful (we hope she has a good pregnancy and the safe arrival of her baby). They were happy to provide additional pillows. Very reasonable food and drink prices. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

The bathroom needs attention to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Sapa Centre Hotel, THE BEST!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this Sapa homestay! The location is great — close to tourist spots, restaurants, and easy access to activities around Sapa. The staff were lovely, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They have also cafe and restaurant that offers excellent food. Breakfast buffet was superb!
They were very helpful in arranging activity tickets and booking transportation, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Exceptional staff, great stay!
Pros:

I cannot thank the staff at Sapa Centre Hotel enough, especially Tintin! On our first night there I was battling a stomach bug and fell really ill from dehydration. Tintin called a driver, accompanied us to the hospital, and stayed with us to translate to the doctor in the middle of the night. He helped us extend our stay, was so friendly and hospitable for the rest of it all and checked in on me lots once I was better. The other staff were also nothing short of exceptional.
The room itself was comfy and the hotel is super located. We ate at the restaurant often and it was always delicious.
Hugest thanks to Tintin and all the staff, I cannot thank them enough!

Good for short stay as it’s on the center of Dspa and convenient to everything.
Pros:

It is in the best location right in the very center with restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Cons:

Our shower didn’t work. The controller of shower fell out so we complained and somebody came to fix it by just gluing it and of course when we showered again - it fell off! I also found roach twice! But it’s expected I guess

Great hotel, excellent staff in a beautiful part of Vietnam!
Pros:

The location was excellent! The room was clean & beds were comfortable. They accommodated a very late check-in with clear & helpful information. The breakfasts were great with a good choice of food & we had a delicious meal the evening we left. The standout for me were the staff, polite, friendly & very helpful! A big shout out to “Dua Lipa” the receptionist for whom nothing was too much.. she was the jewel in the crown of the Sapa Central Hotel.
