Value for your money. Dua Lipa and the rest of the staff are nice.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Right by the center of town. 2 minutes away from the tram/trainbgoing to Fansipan. It is close to the restaurants, marts, sites and pickup points of tours. Staff are very nice and accomodating. Room given to us is big. Beds were big and bonus that we had our own rooftop balcony overseeing the plaza and all around things. One thing is the facilities are a little outdated and there are spots that were not so clean but overall experience is great. Place can be noisy though since its close to business establishments so consider that if you are a light sleeper.

Especially their food menu buffet style, loved it!!
