Perfect location! Right at the center of Sapa as the name of the hotel implies.

The room is spacious and clean. Really large bathroom and a nice view of the city streets. Thanks so much for the free upgrade!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Dua Lipa 😁

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue, ce qui a contribué à rendre mon séjour très plaisant.

J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant de l’hôtel, qui propose de bons plats dans un cadre agréable.

La communication avec le personnel était particulièrement simple et efficace grâce à WhatsApp, un vrai plus pour obtenir rapidement des informations ou de l’aide. Le service de pressing est également de bonne qualité et très pratique.

Cons:

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait la possibilité d’accéder à Netflix ou à d’autres plateformes de streaming sur la télévision de la chambre. C’est un détail, mais cela aurait rendu le séjour encore plus agréable pour les joies de pluie…

Amazing friendly staff who went out their way to help us during our stay .

This hotel is a terrific heritage building in the centre of sapa. Our room was big and spacious with all mod cons . We booked our trips through the reception and didn’t have to worry about a thing , a great way to run a business,We will be back .
