Pros:

Zentrale Lage.

Pros:

The location is nice it is close to everywhere. Tha staff in front desk and waiters are very nice.

Cons:

The hotel requires improvement. The shower room exhibits mold, electric kettle is broken and cockroaches were observed in our room. We submitted a formal complaint to the manager. In response, he inquired about our place of origin and dismissed our concerns by stating that such occurrences are common in the area. He further questioned whether we were afraid of the cockroaches. Our concern is not fear, but hygiene and cleanliness. The manager merely apologized and informed us that no alternative rooms were available, then proceeded to collect the cockroaches we had killed and left the premises.
