Aan het hotel beviel me alleen 1 mevrouw die ons goed hielp. Maar die werkte een uurtje per dag ofzo.

Cons:

Het viel me tegen dat het meisje aan de balie altijd chagrijnig keek en weinig mensen beetje Engels kenden.
De kamer was echt niet het geld waard, ik weet niet wie de recensies geschreven heeft bij Deze site maar er klopt niks van.
Bed is niet fijn deken vies in 3 dagen geen schone handdoeken gekregen kamer niet onderhouden, witte Bruine beker, bruin van vies in de badkamer en kan wel door gaan.

Great location, comfortable room with balcony and fantastic value for money
Pros:

Great location a little away from the main square and the noise. We’ve stayed here previously and looked forward to returning to a balcony room.

Cons:

Unfortunately the owner was called away on a family matter during our stay and the young, inexperienced staff did not really understand how to manage the hotel in her absence.

Pros:

Juliana es una gran anfitriona, aunque no esté en el hotel, podés contactarla por whatsapp para que te ayude con lo que necesites. El resto del personal no habla inglés.
La ubicación es buena. Está en una zona tranquila.
La habitación es amplia.

Cons:

El olor a humedad fue básicamente intenso, tanto en las paredes, como en la ropa de cama. Cuando dejábamos cerrada la habitación, luego no se podía respirar. De hecho, nos dio alergia.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Avisamos, nos dijeron que lo solucionaron, no fue así y tuvimos que pedir un ventilador.
La habitación estaba sucia, polvo por donde mires.
Tuvimos dos momentos que no tuvimos agua.
El colchón muy viejo, lleno de pelotitas, desformado y almohadas viejas.

Bon séjour, hôtel très central, défraîchi mais bon confort
Pros:

Heart of Sapa hôtel est un peu défraîchi mais il est central et assez authentique et somme toute plutôt confortable. Mais beaucoup d’éléments sont dégradés ou un peu cassés , poussière dans les étagères , l’ensemble donne un aspect défraîchi. Au demeurant préférable aux horribles nouvelles constructions clinquantes, mais la maintenance et l’accueil pourraient être plus attentifs.

Cons:

Le débit de la douche est indigent. Le petit déjeuner inclus est plus que frugal, 1 plat et une mini tasse de boisson tiédasse. La propriétaire n’est pas sur place et ses employées ne parlent pas anglais donc la compréhension est parfois laborieuse

Cons:

The staff were extremely noisy every night shouting and screaming and kept me awake. The road noise was also very loud and disruptive. The room smelled so damp it was disgusting. The pillows are all yellow. The towels are pathetic and old. The fridge did not work and the air con wasn’t good. The water pressure was not good on the top floor.
