Everything very central to places I go to, staff very friendly

Cons:

The stairs only due to my bad leg, but as the manager pointed out if I told her then would put me in a convenient place, but apart from that service was very fantastic

Well worth it
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Bed was great. My partner and I loved it.

Cons:

Shower was cold sometimes and smell from drain for a day or two. But this should not put you off

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to the nightlife, restaurants, shops, and everything you need. It was easy to get around and explore the area.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned every day. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the tea-making facilities in the room.

Overall, this is a great hotel with an excellent location, clean rooms, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

Great value for money, clean room comfy bed, had a balcony and the bathroom shower was good as well. Staff were all lovely.

Cons:

Climbing the stairs to floor 3 and getting hot on the way up to my room. But its a great place to stay and will certainly come back next time I am in town.

Centrally located

Cons:

Being in the centre it was a bit noisy at times
Had to remind staff for coffee and sugar everyday
The corridor leading to the rooms stinks
Communication with staff was an issue.
