Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Hallway noise and pool sounds were not muffled. Ashville has a homeless problem and this hotel is not in the greatest location.

The location was nice. I like the free breakfast.

Cons:

The pool was down. I didn’t get to swim on my stay. The breakfast selection was good I wish there was more vegetarian options

Hotel was adequate because of location, but bedding needs to be improved!
Pros:

Location was great!
Nice lobby area

Cons:

The beds were hard and all pillows were so flat and heavy. Did not sleep well both nights. Thought a Marriott chain would have higher quality bedding.

Whenever I’m in Asheville it will be where I stay!
Pros:

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Good luggage carts that moved well. Complimentary coffee around the clock.

I would stay there again
Pros:

Food options were great ,liked the turkey sausages

Cons:

I didnt like the fact we couldnt use a card to pay for laundry as we didnt have quarters. There should be that option to get quarters from the desk as against having to go to a machine to get cash . It could even be charged from the incidentals

Clean and inviting.
Pros:

It was clean and spacious with a wonderful breakfast.
It was quiet even though it was almost full.

Cons:

The card wouldn’t unlock the door half the times I tried. I would have to keep on swiping, usually 6 or 7 times before it would finally unlock.
