広い部屋にしてもらって嬉しかった。荷物も預かってくれ部屋まで運んでくれたので助かりました。
朝食は隣の松屋だったのがちょっとびっくり。でも問題なかったです。
ポートライナー駅から歩いて行ったのですが、最後の大きな交差点で、ちょっと迷ってしまいました。
２日間、別々に予約していた為、同じ部屋に2連泊にしてもらえたこと。
浴槽と洗面スペースが狭いですね。
ウォーターサーバーがフロアにある点
ベッドも快適で部屋も一人で使うにはゆったり感じました
ロビーには24時間利用可のコーヒーサーバーが設置してあり、また各階のエレベーター横にウォーターサーバーがあったのもありがたかったです。
駅から十分徒歩圏内でしたが、暑かったのでちょっと大変でした。

冷暖房がすぐ効くため過ごしやすかった。
新神戸駅からも三宮駅からも少し遠く、暑い夏の日や寒い冬の日、大雨の日などは移動が大変かなと思い、また泊まる時は気候がちょうどいい時だけかなと思いました。また、9時過ぎから廊下でのスタッフの声が気になり11時チェックアウトですが、早く出ないといけないのかなと焦りました。
お風呂の浴槽がちょっと大きかった。
フロントスタッフが、チェックインの時に前の人にはホテルの設備等の説明をしてたのに、私の時には言わずに済ませたりして不親切だと感じました。毎日何度も同じ事を言うのは面倒なのかもしれませんが、お客さんは1人1人違うのできちんと説明するべきだと思いました。
あと笑顔がなく仏頂面で対応されたのも、接客業としてどうかと思いました。
三宮からは坂を登っていくので、ややアクセスに難はあるものの、部屋や廊下は綺麗で、ベッドは眠りやすく、バスルームはとても使いやすかった。部屋にドリップコーヒーパックがあり、廊下にウォーターサーバーがあるのがとても良いサービス。バスルーム備え付けのシャンプーとコンディショナー、ボディソープがとても良いものだった。出張の際にはまた泊まりたい。
