Pros:

Το δωματιο ηταν ανετο για τα δεδομενα Ιαπωνιας . Η τοποθεσια ηταν κεντρικη πολυ κοντα σε σταση μετρο . Ενω ειναι κεντρικα δεν υπηρχε θορυβος απεξω.

Cons:

Το δωματιο του μπανιου ηταν σαν καμπινα καραβιου.Το πρωινο δεν ανταποκρινοταν τοσο σε ευρωπαικο προτυπο , δεν ειχα τοσες επιλογες στα γουστα μου.

Affordable accommodation in a great location

Cons:

We booked a non-smoking room but unfortunately, scent of smoke can be smelled inside our room.
But it’s totally fine as turning on the exhaust in the bathroom removed that smell.

Pros:

La ubicación y el hotel no podrían ser más perfectos. El personal es súper amable y nos aconsejó y ayudó muchísimo durante nuestra estancia. El desayuno es súper completo y la habitación, aunque es pequeña como ya se indica, es muy cómoda y confortable.

Nos gustó tanto la experiencia que decidimos añadir un día más a nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y sin duda volveríamos.

Hotel fantastico. Consiglio al 200%
Pros:

Hotel fantastico con una colazione super. Camera confortevole e soprattutto posizione perfetta, a 2 minuti dalla metro e in un quartiere fantastico. Centro commerciale Parco a pochi metri.

The cleaning staff are very noisy, especially during the period from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Even though there are signs at the entrance asking not to disturb, there are still people knocking on the door or making all kinds of noises.

最高!
Pros:

広すぎると見きれませんが、丁度よい建物の広さでした。主人が喫煙者なので、部屋から喫煙所が近くて、ありがたく感じました。
漫画も子どもたちには大人気でした。

Hotel cómodo y amable
Pros:

El hotel está súper bien situado, es muy cómodo y todo el personal muy amable y atento y si además eres fan de los cómics, te prestan cómics como si fuera una biblioteca.

Cons:

A ciertas horas se escuchaba gente cantar, no sé si el patio interior debe dar a algún karaoke.

Pros:

Habitación amplia, el hotel es una pasada, muy moderno, limpio, tienen recepción 24h. Puedes reservar mangas para llevártelos a tu habitación y encima está en un barrio súper céntrico, al lado de todo.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti - posizione veramente ottima e super in centro per godersi il centro di Osaka anche la sera.
Lo staff è stato molto gentile a tenere le nostre valigie sia all'arrivo prima del check in, che la giornata della partenza per qualche ora dopo il check out, senza costi.

Cons:

Purtroppo per un upgrade (??) di Booking, la nostra camera non fumatori è stata sostituita in una camera fumatori - cosa che assolutamente non avevamo richiesto.
Abbiamo tentato di richiedere un cambio camera al check in, ma non era possibile in quanto tutto pieno.
La camera era in un piano alto e per accedere alla camera si doveva uscire dalla struttura principale e passare per un ballatoio esterno dove erano situate due camere (presumo entrambe fumatori). La porta dell'accesso al ballatoio era arruginita e notevolmente sporca.
All'arrivo la camera aveva un odore sgradevolissimo di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo tenuto la finestra aperta lungo tutta la permanenza, nonostante il caldo, per l'odore.
Oltre ad avere un odore sgradevole, era anche molto trasandata - pareti sbeccate rattopate con scotch, imbottiture del letto e tappezzeria sporchi..
Il clima era molto vecchio, pieno di muffa nera e presentava un problema di condensa che gocciolava dalle alette della macchina se si cercava di abbassare la temperatura oltre a una determinata soglia. Questo problema era peraltro segnalato in camera su un apposito foglio dove si chiedeva di non abbassare la temperatura sotto i 25 gradi - quindi la struttura è al corrente del problema è affitta comunque le camere in queste condizioni.

Tutto sommato capiamo che il problema della camera fumatori/non fumatori sia stata una svista di Booking, questo non cambia comunque il fatto che la camera era veramente in condizioni pessime.

Pros:

ホテルでマンガをレンタル出来たのがすごく良かったです❗️ホテルで過ごす時間を楽しく過ごせました。

また朝のブッフェも色々と食事が用意されいたので、子どもも喜んでました。大阪のお土産の『みたらしまんじゅう』が置いてあり、何個か食べていました。

その場で作ってくれるおにぎりも美味しかったです。

Cons:

フロントの方が海外の方でしたが、たどたどしい日本語だったので少し聞き取りづらかったです。
