Comfortable, spacious, quiet and central location in Osaka
Pros:

Central, comfortable and spacious hotel. Very close to every but it’s very quiet at night which is perfect for escaping the hectic dotonbori

Excellent location
Pros:

Spacious room (for a Japanese hotel), very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was awesome. The location is excellent, multiple metro stations are nearby.

Fiyat performans bir lokasyon. Her yere yakın.

Cons:

Kahvaltı türk ailelere hitap etmediğini düşünüyorum. Kahvaltısız alınsa daha Uygun’a gelir.

gute Lage, ruhig, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, ich schätze im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher günstiger

Cons:

Matratzen waren schlecht, Decke für 2 Personen viel zu klein, Bad war muffig (aber sauber)

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable, quiet enough space for our stuff. Staff was nice and friendly, even helped with the laundry machines. The hall is also cool with the mangas and books. + they stored our luggages before check in which was great

Cons:

For us the bed was not the best (but we slept well anyways) and the dryer in the laundry has not fully dried our clothes, neither after the second run.

The cleaning staff was knocking on my door early morning, asking to come in to clean my room. Seeing me that i just woke up, he asked when he can come. Thats strange.

The incredibly uncomfortable bed ruined the stay and our time in Osaka
Pros:

Location and staff were accommodating, no issues

Cons:

Nearly every aspect was fine, however the bed was the worst imaginable bed to sleep on as it was rock solid. Therefore our 2 nights were horrible as we slept incredibly poorly. Looking at other reviews it seems other guests also had this experience.
