Pros:

easy check-in and check-out, instructions very clear and easy to understand, the location is very good to, near the station, and very convenient to where i wanted to travel afterwards, rooms are big for one person which i liked, and the bed is very comfortable

Cons:

the view on my room was blocked by a concrete wall (from the other buildings) (not a big deal, i didnt mind at all, but still, it wouldve been nice to see the city from the room while staying in there

Very reasonably priced considering central location in Ginza
Pros:

Very reasonably priced considering how central the location is. Close to subways and fish market. Realy nice to have included breakfast, just wish it didn't close as early. Come early if you want to get a seat and want to get something other than cereal.

Cons:

There was very limited staff on site and checking in a whole group of people was a bit cumbersome, but someone came out to help us check in.

Pros:

Outstanding breakfast, tea, and cocktail time. Very cool and unique hotel/room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Car parking was somewhat difficult to figure out, and was rather expensive at around $30 American dollars per 24hrs. Dryer is pretty awful and took three 200yen/20min cycles to almost dry clothes.

Pros:

Posizione buona nel quartiere ginza con due metro molto vicine. 1 km dai negozi di lusso.
Struttura carina. Colazione inclusa con scelta nella norma.
Camera doppia per due adulti ma con possibilità di averla per tre in quanto mio figlio ha 11 anni... Con questa opzione diventa un po' strettima a causa del terzo letto ma comunque abbastanza comoda (per gli standard giapponesi)
Pulita e silenziosa.

Cons:

Il terzo letto, che era un divano letto, era abbastanza scomodo. Aveva la parte iniziale molto dura.
Per il resto tutto ok.

Schrecklich- niemals ein 3 Sterne Hotel
Cons:

Das Frühstück war schrecklich. Es gab eine Frühstücksecke mit circa 15 Sitzplätzen. Das Hotel hat circa 100 Zimmer, sodass die Plätze immer belegt waren. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, wir sollen das Frühstück mit auf das Zimmer mitnehmen. Im Zimmer gab es weder einen Stuhl noch einen ordentlichen Tisch. Es gab weder Wurst- noch Käseaufschnitt. Das Rührei bzw. die Würstchen wurden in unbeheizten Glasschüsseln hingestellt, sodass diese auskühlten. Das Frühstück wird grundsätzlich in Einweg-Geschirr serviert. In der ganzen Lobby sowie im Frühstücksbereich schimmelt es um Klimaanlagen. Auf Nachfrage zum Frühstück konnte das Hotelpersonal nicht helfen. Es gab keinen Mitarbeiter, der englisch gesprochen bzw. verstanden hat. Das Hotel erfüllt niemals den Standards eines 3-Sterne Hotels.

Molto positivo
Pros:

Centrale, servito bene dalla metro, sempre a disposizione bevande alla zona colazione. Possibilità di prendere una specie di vestaglia gratuita.

Cons:

Colazione discreta, non troppo varia, spazio piccolo, difficoltà a sedersi, ma si può portare il vassoio in camera. Con la valigia grossa è stata dura prendere la metro per la stazione, non siam riusciti a trovare gli ascensori e portarla per le scale ci ha sfiancati.
