Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Kebersihan sangat ok. Location strategik.

Cons:

Stay 2 malam. Minta baby court x dapat2. Tak available katanya. Check in 26/5/25 at 7pm the indian female staf at reception not really friendly & helpful. But extend check in on 27/5/25 at 12pm indian female staf was really nice, friendly, excellent & helpful.

Sauna et hamman ne fonctionnent pas

Le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnent pas
Cela n’est pas mentionné sur le site internet et cela n’est pas non plus indiqué devant les équipements.
D’après les avis sur cet établissement cela est très régulier, je pense donc que le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnent jamais et que l’équipe dit à chaque fois que c’est en maintenance.
Il y a même du moisi sur le bois du sauna, cela prouve qu’il ne fonctionne jamais.
Il n’y a aucune compensation.
Il y a aussi énormément de bruit à la piscine à cause des moteurs de climatisation.
