Cons:

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is infested with bed bugs. I found them in my first room, and when I reported it, they moved me to a second room, which was also contaminated.

The hotel’s response is a complete joke. They are now claiming they 'upgraded' me to a Deluxe room, which is a blatant lie; it was the only room available at the time and was just as filthy as the first. They had the audacity to claim the second room was 'thoroughly checked,' despite the fact that I found clear evidence of infestation there as well.

Management refuses to acknowledge the issue, ignores refund requests, and hides behind Booking.com. They are actively putting guests' health at risk and then gaslighting them when they complain. Do not trust their hygiene standards or their word. This is not a hotel; it is a health hazard. Save your money and your health and book anywhere else.

Pros:

Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. The cleanliness of the room was awful, and there was a disgusting smell constantly coming from the bathroom. On top of that, the air conditioner did not work at all, making the room suffocatingly hot to the point where it was impossible to breathe or sleep. When I requested to change my room because I couldn't sleep, the staff member aggressively yelled at me and said, 'If you don't like it, just leave.' Avoid this place at all costs!

Отличное месторасположение, так как окна нашего номера выходили во двор, было не особо шумно. Сотрудники также приветливые и приятные

Cons:

Грязно, все расшатанное, полотенца были изначально с пятнами. Были комки пыли на полу, после уборки все осталось как было. Кондиционер сначала не работал, потом починили и он стал шуметь. Но если приходить только на ночь, то нормально

This is my last stay in this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone. From my first day when the transfer driver almost threw me out of the car away from the hotel and took a picture of me without my permission, wifi that did not work during the 8 nights, I had to go out to the cafe to work, the small TV that was only a detail and a broken and deplorable decor, the towels that I had to pick up from the reception, the cleaning that I had to do under the pretext that the hotel was full... and the top floor is the driver very late and who did not show up The day of departure when I paid for the services at the beginning... I am very disappointed and frankly I regretted having booked in this hotel.

самый центр, вышел из отеля и сразу хорошо. Сам номер достаточно неплохой, было комфортно

Cons:

за 3 дня ни разу не убрались в комнате, хотя обещали. Интернет на третьем этаже был слабый. Сейф не работал. Внизу много ресторанов, поэтому уснуть крайне тяжело, даже с берушами
