Pros:

There was a shortage of air conditioners during the hotel entrance! But the problem was fixed within two hours. The employees were very polite! They did their best in the area of their hands to help. We were allowed to leave our suitcases in the hotel. Thank you very much to everyone.

La peor experiencia de mi vida.

El recepcionista da tarde muy amable, gentil y muy prestativo!!

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no iba... hacia muchísimo calor, mi habitación era en la 4 planta daba de frente a calle principal, con mucho ruido, calle llenas de bares y restaurantes... no podia cerra la ventana por el calor que hacia y aparte que la habitación apestaba, un mal olor que subia por las tuberías y impregnaba toda la habitación. Hable con el recepcionista noturno, y el fue muy borde diciendo que la habitación que había pagado era esa y que no había nada mas disponible en esa categoria y aun se a quedado con cara de deboche.
O sea, a sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida e este hotel no vuelvo mas y ni recomiendo a nadie.

Best hotel
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Double DD Hotel! The location is perfect—everything you need is close by, which made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.
Honestly, I had one of the best stays here and would definitely recommend Double DD Hotel to anyone visiting! I’ll happily stay here again. ❤️

Otel çalışanları gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, konaklamamız boyunca herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Gelmeden önce kullanıcı yorumlarında klimaların çalışmadığına dair yazılar okumuştum fakat bu sorunu tamamen çözmüşlerdi. Konum olarak son derece merkezi; restoranlara ve gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanların ilgisi ve merkezi konumu göz önüne alındığında tam bir fiyat-fayda tesisi.

Unbearable stay — broken check-in, no AC, street noise,..

This was easily our worst hotel experience. From the start, the check-in process was a disaster because their check-in system was down.
We booked this property specifically because air conditioning was listed as a key amenity. When we got to our room, the AC did not work at all. We contacted reception via the app, and they casually told us the air conditioning for the entire hotel was broken and wouldn't be fixed until the following week, well after our stay. No working alternative rooms or viable solutions were provided.
Because the room was stiflingly hot and the window lock was broken, we were forced to keep the windows open all night. This made sleeping completely impossible due to constant, loud noises outside well past midnight.
To make things worse, subsequent attempts to reach the hotel for help were completely ignored, and contacting the Booking.com help center yielded no response or assistance while we were stuck dealing with the issue. Between the broken check-in system, lack of AC in hot weather, terrible noise, and non-existent support, this stay was completely unacceptable. Would not recommend or return.

Peccato, tanto potenziale sprecato!
Pros:

Struttura carina per un paio di giorni, ma niente di che. Punto a favore l’ascensore!

Cons:

Non funzionava l’aria condizionata da giorni e non ci hanno avvisato prima, ma la sera stessa del check-in alle 21.00! Come pensavano che potessimo riuscire a prenotare altro, stanchi morti dal viaggio! Vergognoso.

An unpleasant stay
Pros:

Very cold water in shower and good water pressure. Quite central

No ac and nothing was done for during all our stay . No room cleaning, no new towels replaced but had to ask for new ones to get them and towels lousy quality and fake tv. Noisy area
