The room was quirky and funky..but not for us, not impressed with the half glass bathroom door. The door that slid across to bathroom was very wonky and lots of dust and dirt in corners. Suited us for an overnight stay. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again.

Easy to find and convenient for anywhere between Chichester and Southampton. Bedroom was small but comfortable.
Food was good, especially breakfast but restaurant was very noisy. Large car park.

breakfast starts too late we needed to be onsite for 08.00 and breakfast didn't start until 08.00 which meant we were late to start our work, it could do with starting at 07.00 ( breakfast was very nice through)
Nothing
Contacted the hotel to check they had working air conditioning that day as I was looking to book a room for that night, in hot weather.
This was the only reason for my booking.
Air conditioning was not, in fact, working in the hotel. Raised this with FoH staff and explained we had only booked to get baby with heat exhaustion in a cool environment. FoH staff said he would get the day manager to arrange a full refund the next day, as we did not even stay the night. Refund never materialised, no one ever available on the phone line and my emails have been ignored. Appalling customer service. Yes, things go wrong, but lying about a refund, when hotel room was not as advertised is an awful way to treat customers.
Lovely room and facilities
The bathroom favolities were not for older people.
The hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and I loved the fact that you could use the gym and pool.
Close to port to catch ferry
No free parking for guests, and not sure why the bathroom gets the window, which made the room quite dark
The club room were quiet , clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Budget hotel, booked last minute as other hotel cancelled. No big issue room was fine clean.
