I needed to stay somewhere last minute and this location was such a godsend.

The location halfway between Northridge and Sherman Oaks was precisely right for us, for this trip. Rina is hospitable, friendly and accommodating! The bagels, schmear, and orange drink provided for breakfast and the snacks were an added pleasant surprise. The room and location are quiet.

I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door after dark.

The construction of this unit was clearly a previous part of the family home that had been sectioned off with a wall to create a self-contained separate external locked-door-accessible apartment. Homey wooden floors, an immaculately clean bathroom stocked with all the amenities of a better hotel, a dining table with two chairs, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, and an electric kettle were all included.

I work in real estate in Tokyo and we call this a "grandmother's apartment" because often an extended family here has a separate attached residence for grandma as part of their home.

The neighborhood is best described as upscale and is a network of wide tree-lined streets of family home after family home. Very safe and easy to walk, with lots of free street parking available too.

If you are looking for a place in the valley and want to have a home away from home I cannot recommend this beautiful property enough!

Cozy, comfortable bed, well appointed room with home feeling. Check in was great and welcoming. Bagels, juice & coffee provided in the room!! WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. Enjoyed my stay.

Excellent, accommodating Host. Very Helpful. It would be useful to have a lamp next to the bed or a light you could turn on from the bed. Otherwise, a very comfortable space and very clean. Very convenient to the Northern side of LA. You don’t have to fight the LA awful traffic to go most places on the North side. I would stay there again

This was the perfect home base for me to visit family...three blocks away. Shopping and great restaurants are only a few miles away and LOTS of choices. And Rina the host went above and beyond to assist in check in and out, and when I locked myself out. Clean and quiet. On street parking right in front of the house. Nice family neighborhood with well kept homes.

Rina is an awesome woman and we were glad that we can stay in a cozy place. The neighborhood is quiet and in a quite good spot to get to the right places.
