Choix parfait pour un séjour sans stress.
Pros:

Accueil exceptionnel, le personnel était attentionné et à l’écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, on vous prépare les oeufs à la demande. Situation idéale, au calme et pas trop loin du centre. Tramway juste devant l’hôtel sinon balade agréable le long du fleuve jusqu’au centre-ville. Propreté impeccable.

Cons:

Une insonorisation qui doit être améliorée. On entend bcp les chambres voisines.

Wonderful place to stay in Porto.
Pros:

Super quiet and clean. Easy to reach from the city centre and easy access to the coast. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I love a cuppa tea at night and missed a kettle in the room. But that wouldn’t stop us from booking here again.

Hotel with Art
Pros:

Lovely location on the Riverfront, friendly knowledgeable staff. Loved the art in the hotel common areas & also in my room. I was pleased I could get a kettle, teabags & milk on request. Near a supermarket - 6 mins walk.

Cons:

Would like a box of tissues in the room.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, good shower, plenty wardrobe space, river view.

Cons:

Having to ask for a kettle for the room.
At breakfast the cooked food was always cold as there was no hotplate to keep the food hot. Only one tomato cut up in a dish for the whole hotel. Very poor for a 4 star hotel.

DECEPCIONANTE
Pros:

Difícil encontrar algo bueno que merezca la pena. Un hotel mediocre, alejado del centro, que merecería 2 ó 3 estrellas como máximo. Lo único bueno es que dispone de un pequeño parking que, si tienes suerte, podrías utilizar, lógicamente, pagando un extra.

Cons:

Muy mala atención de todo el personal y escasa limpieza.

Komfortabel, zentral, ruhig und authentisch
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage etwas verkehrsberuhigt, da die Autos an dieser Stelle etwas entfernt über eine Brücke fahren. Die historische Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Haustür und die Haltestelle für Bus und Straßenbahn in Richtung Meer und zur Altstatt ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Besser geht es nicht.

Cons:

...wer einen tollen Stadtblick mit Brücke haben möchte, muss etwas näher an die Altstadt heran. Dafür geht es hier deutlich ruhiger und authentischer zu.

Ruhiges Hotel am Fluss
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Douro, die Straßenbahnlinie 1 führt vor dem Haus entlang. Sehr freundlicher Service, gutes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Fluss (haben nicht alle Zimmer) , bequeme Betten. Gutes Frühstück. Das Restaurant ist ok, es gibt in der Umgebung aber auch viele andere kleine Restaurants mit leckerem Essen zu günstigem Preis. Sehr praktisch ist Nähe zur Buslinie 500, mit der man für 2,50€ sowohl ans Meer als auch in die Innenstadt gelangt. Fazit: durchaus empfehlenswert .

Gab nichts auszusetzen.
