River view of the Duoro in brilliantly located, clean, well-run hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly, answered questions perfectly (English). Gem of a location, with the quaint tram no.1 passing in front of the lobby. Underground parking (extra cost). Air con worked! Duoro views :)

Cons:

Felt the mattress springs just a tad. Slept well though.

Fabulous stay. We will definitely recommend and return. Staff exceptional.
Pros:

Clean, spacious, stylish, exceptionally comfortable. Location is excellent, away from the crowds but close to everything. Lovely neighbourhood on the doorstep.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, fuera del bullicio pero cerca como para ir andando. El desayuno muy bueno.
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno. Está bien ubicado, a 1km de la Ribera. En el parking no había sitio, lo dejamos en la calle (en el hotel no nos supieron decir si se podía o no pero nos arriesgamos)

Cons:

Deberían estar más informados en la recepción de los transportes al centro, de si se puede aparcar en la calle…y avisar para reservar el parking ya que tienen pocas plazas.
Pedimos también una cama grande y no nos la dieron.

Mooie hotel , mooi gelegen aan de Douro. Prima kamers, wij sliepen met z’n drieën op 1 kamer. Lekker ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel!

La situación en la rivera del río, con sitios de restauración cerca, y junto al Palacio de cristal. La chica de recepción, Carolina, fue encantadora y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias para visitar Oporto.

Pros:

Gostei muito da localização, do conforto do quarto, e da simpatia dos funcionários bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi de que aluguei um quarto com baranda com vista rio e me foi disponibilizado um quarto com janela vista rio, esse ponto para mim foi uma desilusão.
