Decent place to stay if you need to be in Ortigas.
Pros:

Location was very good.

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit of a challenge, the room was OK, but the bed (mattress) was older and not very comfortable.

Cons:

The initial room given to us smelt like old wet carpet. The staff were accommodating for a room change.

Great hotel for a short stay in Manila - staff is extremely friendly. I recommend the hotel.
Pros:

2nd time i stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly - the room was clean - bed very comfortable. Breakfast is good - and sufficiently varied. I used the hotel transfer from and to the airport - which was appreciated.

Maybe a wider selection of fruit at breakfast?

Granted that most of the time we are out and about but that should not stop them for asking.. this is what you call SERVICE.

Pros:

Clean, nice rooms, lovely helpful staff!
