Pros:

Well situated near the airport and lovely comfortable room.

Cons:

The staff weren’t very good at providing a great customer experience - approximately 50-60 people waiting in the lobby for check-in from 11am until 2pm for check-in. I had Grab food delivery with room number attached that sat at the concierge desk and no thought to call the room to advise the delivery had been received. Just not very good at anticipating what the next step of something should be.

Good hotel for a quick airport stay
Pros:

Clean, affordable, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet and even better lunch buffet. Rooms were spacious, though the bathrooms were so tiny the door hit the toilet and there was only half a shower stall. Staff tried hard and were friendly. Prices were good.

Cons:

The spa is in the basement and not professionally run. The pool has no lounging area and feels a little crammed in and awkward. The free shuttle to the airport stops at 1 pm in the afternoon; we went to the airport 4 times (flight cancellations) and only got one free shuttle due to their hours. It’s not exactly an “airport” hotel - in afternoon traffic it’s 15-20 minutes away.

Perfect stop
Pros:

Amazing bedroom, very comfortable, huge and super clean bathroom with everything you need, we had such a good rest it was great!

Cons:

Nothing major but would have appreciated some sunbeds near the pool.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien y el olor a jazmín por todos lados

Cons:

Lo único reseñable es que no corresponde la dirección de booking con la exacta del hotel. Está en el otro lado de la carretera y un poco más adelante.

Pros:

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour ! Le service de navette jusqu’à l’aéroport était super pratique. Le petit déjeuner était formidable, avec un buffet à volonté très complet. La propreté générale de l’hôtel était impeccable, tout comme celle de la chambre. Les équipements de la chambre étaient également au top.

Nous avons aussi dîné à l’hôtel et nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons très bien mangé !

Cons:

Aucun point négatif à signaler, nous avons été ravis de notre nuit de transfert.

der muezzin fing um 2:30h eine volle stunde an zu rufen aber da kann ja das hotel nichts dafür.für vegetarier schwierig etwas auf der karte zu finden

Our stay was generally comfortable, okay for one night.

Cons:

- At check-in, we were not given any information about breakfast (which was included), services and facilities. We had to figure it out ourselves.
- The staff doesn't speak proper English. I think if you work at a hotel you should be required a higher level of English knowledge, or equip yourself with tools to communicate properly. Because of the poor communication, we understood that the trip to the airport would be 10 minutes while it ended up being 30 minutes (not for traffic - the airport for domestic flights is simply further away). We almost were late for our flight because of this.
- The hotel was generally clean but worn out. There were stains on the bed sheets and moquette in the room.
- The restaurant service was quite slow, despite the place being almost empty.
- The pool doesn't really have any place to lounge or sit. When I got there, it took quite a while to find someone to ask towels to, and receive them.
- The room got hot very quickly - the only way to feel comfortable was to keep AC constantly on.
