Pros:

El desayuno y el servicio. Muy atentos y agradables. La cama es cómoda.

Cons:

El sistema de AC no funciona muy bien y tuvimos que enfriar la habitación al llegar. Tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta de la habitación que no funcionaba correctamente.

L'ascensore poteva essere utilizzato in salita solo per accedere al piano della propria camera.

Pros:

Die Lage ist für ein Flughafenhotel ausgezeichnet – nur etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Lunchpaket, das uns aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise vor 6 Uhr freundlicherweise vorbereitet wurde. Ein wirklich sehr zuvorkommender Service!

Cons:

Der Laundry-Service ist leider sehr teuer. Im Vergleich zu den üblichen Preisen vor Ort empfanden wir die Kosten als deutlich zu hoch. Zudem waren die Hosen nach der Reinigung teilweise immer noch schmutzig. Für diesen Preis hätten wir eine gründlichere Reinigung und ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erwartet.

Propre et bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit en transit.

Cons:

Hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport et vous indique une navette gratuite.
Celle-ci à une capacité de 12 passagers pour 30 chambres et ne fait qu'un voyage par heure ....
On a pris un taxi...

Prima hotel voor naar het vliegveld, naar de stad flinke afstand.
Pros:

Prima bedden, goed ontbijtbuffet, fijn dat er een zwembad is om even af te koelen, maar helaas weinig zitplekken erbij.
Er is een shuttle naar de airport, alleen rijdt deze niet tussen 0-5am.

Cons:

In de badkamer miste toch wel de handzeep en handen handdoek ipv alleen badhanddoeken

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel avant de prendre l'avion pour Lombok.
Juste à côté de l'aéroport.
Personnel super! Ils nous ont préparé des breakfast box avant de partir à 3h30 du matin.
Les chambres sont très bien.

A pleasant stay after days of excursions around Java
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very convenient, especially for those travelling from the airport. We had a domestic flight and left the hotel just two hours before departure, but we were able to manage everything comfortably and without any stress. The food at the restaurant was okay as well. The spa service was also a wonderful treat after several days of excursions around Java. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room is not perfectly soundproofed, and we could hear the voices of people walking and talking in the corridors.
The sheets were clean, but had a few visible stains. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to use the dispenser in the shower area each time.
A hairdryer was not provided in the room either, and we only realised this after taking a shower, so we had to specifically ask the staff for one.

These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the stay more comfortable.

Close to the airport. We had to wait almost 50 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up unfortunately. Nice room although the aircon leaked on the floor. Wifi kept cutting in and out. Nice staff
