Our family had a truly memorable stay at The Golden Crown Hotel. The warm welcome, elegant surroundings, comfortable rooms, and beautiful views created a wonderful atmosphere throughout our visit. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, offering an impressive selection of delicious dishes complemented by attentive service.
Above all, the exceptional hospitality made our stay special. Mihirini, Ravi, Asanka, and Jayantha, the bellman, were absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we encountered demonstrated remarkable professionalism, genuine warmth, and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. Their thoughtful attention made us feel genuinely valued and exceptionally well cared for.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood with views of the hills and paddy fields. It is well maintained, clean and spacious. The breakfast was impressive and delicious. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony is something to die for. Staff were friendly and went out of the way to please their customers .

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways were dirty and showed songs of age. They could do with a a good clean.
