Pros:

Everything , mostly the staff like Minon provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She was very friendly, kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and well cared for. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.

We were very impressed with her service and hospitality. She is a great asset to the hotel, and we will definitely come back again, especially because of the wonderful experience she gave us. Thank you, Minon, for making our stay so memorable.

The facility was well-maintained and offered excellent breakfast and dinner options; we would like to express our gratitude to Ayesha and Charuthika from the front desk and dining area for ensuring our stay was unforgettable. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly exceptional... It truly felt like a five-star experience...

Cons:

The elevator granting access to the rooms is located quite a distance from the reception area, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. Unfortunately....., there is no telephone in the floor lobby to call in case you forget your key... I had to return to reception and request assistance to unlock the room.

Amazing but weirdly shaped presidential suite
Pros:

Stayed at the Presidential suite (got an upgrade). View is fantastic. Pool is good .Buffer spread is good. Staff is superb

Cons:

But the room layout is a U shaped weird. The loo is at one end, and has no privacy. Families also need privacy. Water flow is very less. They upfront take money for kids, and then forget they have taken it. and then their staff keeps following you and embarrassing you despite telling them (although in the end they didnt charge)

Overall stay was very good, but staff needs to be trained more professionally.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, spacious and the building was beautiful.

Cons:

Staff needs to enhance their communication skills in english specially the staff on counter should be good to understand and respond actively. Ordered the food late night and that was surely not fresh :(

Throughout my stay, Ms. Mihirini , Ms Ayesha , Ms Chathurika and her colleagues checked on me daily, ensuring that I was comfortable and well looked after. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest.

One day, when Ms. Mihirini learned that I had decided to skip a tour and spend a relaxing day by the pool instead, she thoughtfully arranged a delightful afternoon tea for me. It was an unexpected gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest care.

Upon my departure, she went above and beyond once again by carefully preparing a bag of sweets for my journey, knowing that I had a three-hour drive to the airport ahead of me. This level of thoughtfulness and compassion was truly outstanding.
