Bardzo dobre śniadanie i świetna obsługa! Bardzo miła i idącą na rękę, także nasz pobyt był lepszy niż przypuszczaliśmy. Lokalizacja też jest świetna. Widok z pokoju był super!

La posizione, molto vicina a piedi dal centro. La colazione molto varia e abbondante, soprattutto quella salata, la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale.
Armadio piuttosto piccolo e insufficiente per due persone.
La necessità di richiedere la pulizia della stanza.

Śniadania - duży wybór i różnorodność, możliwość indywidualnego zamówienia.
Bardzo miła i sprawną obsługa podczas śniadania, stoły sprzątane na bieżąco.
Gość podczas śniadania może czuć się dobrze zaopiekowany.
Ostentacyjny brak sprzątania pokoju z oficjalną wymówką, że to niby chodzi o ochronę środowiska.
Przez trzy dni, kosze ani razu nie zostały opróżnione.
Zgodnie z instrukcją, zgłosiłem w recepcji prośbę o uzupełnienie żelu do mycia, wymianę jednego ręcznika, który został położony na podłodze (w hotelach jest to jednoznaczne wskazanie do wymiany) oraz opróżnienie koszy.
Po wieczornym powrocie do pokoju... zastałem tylko uzupełnioną niewielką ilość żelu przy umywalce - rano ponownie już się skończył.
Brudny ręczni leżał na podłodze, a kosze były pełne!
The location is great, halfway between the train station and the old town. Staff incredibly nice and helpful.
