Cons:

Air conditioning appeared not to be working and despite me telling reception they were adamant it was. There wasn't any power to the control panel. It wouldn't even light up.

Als eerste indruk wel jammer van de 1e kamer, maar toch super goed en snel opgelost met een nieuwe kamer.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel met snelle service en het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Cons:

Helaas in de 1e kamer waarbij we aankwamen, zagen we bloedspetters op ons bed.
Gelukkig werd dit snel opgelost met een nieuwe kamer. Personeel heeft ook excuses aangeboden.

Fijn voor slechts een enkele overnachting
Pros:

Het was comfortabel voor een korte reis naar Londen, vlakbij het vliegveld.

Cons:

Er is niks in de buurt, je moet echt een taxi nemen om überhaupt iets te kunnen eten, want het hotel heeft niet eens een normaal restaurant.

Pros:

Nah am London City Airport (zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten), mein Zimmer war geräumig. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Relativ unfreundlicher Empfang. Die Türen zwischen Fahrstuhlbereich und Zimmerfluren lassen sich sehr schwer und nur durch Knopfdruck öffnen und fallen sehr laut zu. Es fühlte sich ein bisschen wie ein Gefängnis an. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und etwas trostlos. Benachbarte Hotels sehen einladender aus.

Great location for excel centre
Pros:

Perfect location just a 5 min walk from the excel centre where we had an event. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite, breakfast options were good.

A most enjoyable stay in an area that we did not know.
Pros:

After check-in and we had gone up to our rooms, the front desk sent us an SMS asking if everything was alright. This was a very nice touch which I don't think I have ever experienced before. Well done!

Good nights sleep.
Pros:

The rooms are very quiet, great a/c & the breakfast is fantastic. The staff are polite & incredibly helpful. Also the bedding is a dream the pillows are amazing.

Cons:

The replacement sofas in the reception area aren’t as comfy as the previous ones

Pros:

Location very close to excel center and to Elisabeth line.
Housekeeping efficient and riguros.

Cons:

During night the air conditioning changed to a preset program and the air got warm and dry, hard to breathe.
Twin beds are not possible.
Breakfast coffee terrible
