A comfortable, decent value place to stay if you’re going to an event at ExCel
Pros:

A really good location for ExCel London and for the DLR Station. Also opposite City Airport. Beautiful to stroll alongside the river if that’s your thing. Staff were lovely and friendly, especially the people in charge of breakfast and the restaurant. Comfortable room with all the facilities I expected.

Cons:

Not much else around the hotel except other hotels. Would have liked a mini supermarket a bit closer. But used one close to the ExCel centre during the day.
Had some minor niggles with the room, some light switches on one side of the bed didn’t work (but the other side was fine), a power socket next to the kettle didn’t work (but the one next to it was fine). The main think I didn’t like was the really horrible crack in the sink. I really needs replacing.

بعض الموظفين في الاستقبال بالإضافة إلى أخذ منشفة خاصة لنا من ضمن مناشف الفندق بسبب لونها أبيض ولم يتم تعويضنا او أرجعها بحجة صعوبة ارجعاها وفرزها من المغسلة على الرغم من الحجز مبكرا وحضورنا مبكر إلا أنهم غبنونا واعطونا غرفة احتياجات خاصة
