Het ontbijt en de service die het hotel en het personeel bieden was heel goed. Verder was het heel handig dat de bar 24/7 open was en er iedere avond mogelijkheid was om te dineren. Prijs-kwaliteit was alles ook prima in orde!
Op de kamer liep het putje van de lavabo in de badkamer niet goed door waardoor het water bleef staan. Verder was er ook geen toiletborstel aanwezig. Dit zijn de enige kleine werkpuntjes die ik kan geven.

Schönes Zimmer mit modernem Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles Fitness-Studio, Lage neutral: zwei Stationen mit der kleinen DLR und dann in die moderne Elizabeth Linie umsteigen. So kommt man im Zentrum überall hin, aber die Fahrzeiten summieren sich. Cable Car oder Bus zum O2-Stadion/Mall gibt es auch.
Fehlalarm unseres Rauchmelders im Zimmer, Klimaanlage ausgefallen (wurde aber sofort repariert).

Just the reception staff.
Everything was so dirty. Sinks were clogging all the time . They changed my room but still it was not good. No one helped in changing the room . A guy came to my room with a very tired and angry face , gave me the key and left. It was really bad and I will never be coming back
