Pros:

The hotel was really well located close to a Ginza subway line (5min walk or maybe less), and easy to access the main areas when visiting Tokyo. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped with a mini fridge, bathroom amenities, tv, fabric mist, etc. At the reception, you can also pick a few amenities (even a face mask!) and request other items needed. For travellers staying over for many days, there's a place to wash your clothes. We were warmly welcomed by Hide when checking in, and the whole staff was always helpful with questions about the hotel and surroundings.

Cons:

We were aware from the start that the room wouldn't be super spacious, so it was not really an issue. We would definitely recommend the stay.

Good value for money spent
Pros:

Location is only 2-6 minutes walk from all the major lines that will take you everywhere in Tokyo. Beds are comfortable and clean, shower pressure very good, and AC works very well.

A lovely stay near Ginza
Pros:

The breakfast included was amazing!!
The male staff were so lovely, the women not that friendly or helpful though. The toilet downstairs at reception was so good compared to the one in the room. Haha

Cons:

We asked a day before and an hour before about laundry, but when we were ready to use laundry they said we couldn’t. So be careful you might not be able to use laundry as they only have 1 I believe.

The bathroom is very small in our room made us feel a bit claustrophobic.

ホテルにいたスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかった。
無料のうどんは、無料故の味・食感ではあるが、飲み会の後など、少し小腹が空いた状態でホテルに戻った際に、食べられるため、とても助かった。ホテルのスタッフは、深夜時間帯であるにも関わらず、日中と変わらないホスピタリティで、よく訓練されているなと感じた。
瓶のコカ・コーラと、瓶のウィルキンソンジンジャーエールがあることが、とても良く、複数回購入させてもらい、楽しめた。

Cons:

ホテルのビル自体は古い様子で、カーペットの部屋の隅の埃や細かい塵が目立っていた。
壁紙は、一部剥がれているなど、生活感がある状態。
洗濯機と乾燥機がB1にあって、それ自体は非常に助かった。一方で、B1まではホテルのスタッフと一緒にいく必要があり、スタッフがエレベーターの操作をよく把握していないためなのか故障なのか不明だがB1にエレベーターで降りて行けず、毎回階段で降りていく必要があった。エレベーターで上階に上がるのは、普通に使えた。
