Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft, es kam zu einem medizinischen Vorfall und unser Auto wurde aufgebrochen. Beide Male hat uns die nette Rezeptionistin unterstützt und geholfen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend!

Un personnel au top vraiment ! Super merci
Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement central à mi chemin des destinations que nous souhaitions faire, Syracuse, Etna … le quartier est industriel sans intérêt. L’hôtel est de style contemporain très chouette. Le personnel est super attentif et aux petits soins ! Bonne communication en anglais. Chambre super propre et super calme bien isolé des bruits de la route. Nous avons super bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner est top !

Cons:

La tv n’est pas connectée et la wifi des chambres côté piscine / restaurant est un peu faible.

Hotel met zwembad altijf leuk.
Pros:

Het zwembad. We wisten dat de locatie niet top was maar boekte dit hotel omwille van het zwembad. Had op voorhand research gedaan en wist dat er naast het hotel ook een restaurant was.
Het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het restaurant naast de deur is best oké om er te gaan eten. Best wel op voorhand checken of het open zal zijn als je in het hotel overnacht.

Cons:

De locatie, maar dat wisten we op voorhand. Dus geen minpunt.
