If you are not afraid of small spaces. It's the perfect place to stay it has all facilities in the room and the property is located to nearby railway station.

Pros:

Proximity to bus terminal.
AC, wifi, tv, small table, small attached western toilet+shower (toilet paper, toilet gun, soap, towel)
water refill near reception

Cons:

miss: floor squeegee for shower to evacuate water and have floor dry faster.
Bathroom would benefit a lot of a vinegar scrub to clean mineral deposits.
Receptionist (in evening): limited english
