Great location woukd go back but not on the third floor
Pros:

Location. Rooms were great! Comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioning doesn't reach the third floor. It was so hot which would have been accepted as a European thing but our friends on the 2nd floor said they were cold. We were so hot and up many times in the night. No fans when we called the front desk

Pros:

מיקום מרכזי. חדרים מרווחים ונוחים.

Cons:

הגישה למלון מוגבלת לרכבים. החניה בתשלום רחוקה כחמש דקות. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה אך לא מעבר לכך.

Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend but beware the bathroom situation!
Pros:

Room was a good size, comfy bed and breakfast superb. Late check out of midday is also excellent. Staff very friendly

Cons:

Only moan was the bathroom layout in room. No entrance door and showering and toileting in full view of your co room companion is a tad strange for my liking. Should be a main outer door for privacy unless you get a kick out of watching your partner having a poo!

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Hotel was in an excellent location. Within 10 minute walking distance to main sites. Lots of dining locations in the area. Room was clean and modern.

Cons:

Prefer coffee maker in room instead of electric kettle. No room service, and the breakfast area was not really prepared for take out. We were on 3rd floor facing a square. Had to keep room darkening blinds closed most of time so we were not seen from street or close nearby buildings. Could sometimes hear street noise, but somewhat expected given central location.

Lüks ve konforlu bir konaklama
Pros:

Bence kusursuz bir tesis. Yataklar, nevresimler mis gibi ve konforlu. Banyo pırıl pırıl ve lükstü. Kahvaltı ise mükemmel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve nazik. Hızlı chek-in ve check-out işinizi çok kolaylaştırıyor. Konumu da çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Bence her şey dörtdörtlüktü. Bu yüzden sevmediğim bir şey yok.

Cons:

there is no door in the washrooms. No privacy at all. Do not stay in this hotel if you are with children or any collague. It is only suitable for individual travellers. I dont understand how can you design a room having a washroom right next to it without any proper door. Its ridiculous. The architect who designed this must a trainee.

La situación es immejorable. Hotel silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro. Muy limpio, cama muy cómoda, habitación estapaciosa, personal muy atento y buen desayuno. En fin, si volvemos a Porto, nos volveremos alojar aquí. Recomendable 100%

Me gusto todo, por decir algo, el café del desayuno, pero todo lo demás, estpendo.
