Was Reisende in den Booking.com-Rezensionen beschreiben, grenzt an kriminelle Fahrlässigkeit. Dieses völlig heruntergekommene Loch hat seine besten Zeiten vor 40 Jahren gehabt und ist heute eine tickende Zeitbombe.

⚠️ DER ABSOLUTE HORROR-BRAND Oktober 2025 ein Toter: Kürzlich kam es im direkt angrenzenden Niran-Komplex zu einem schweren, verheerenden Feuer! Der Grund? Jahrelange, katastrophale Vernachlässigung der Wartung und marode Elektronik. Die Rauchentwicklung war mörderisch. Während die Flammen wüteten, herrschte blankes Chaos. Gäste mussten ihre Koffer in Panik über dunkle, verqualmte Treppenhäuser nach unten schleppen, während draußen Sirenen heulten. Es ist ein absolutes Wunder, hier lebend herauszukommen!

☠️ Katastrophale Hygiene: Die Zimmer stinken extrem muffig nach Schimmel und modrigen, uralten Teppichen. Unter den Betten findet man den Dreck von Monaten, inklusive fremder Zigarettenkippen. Im Badezimmer laufen Ameisenkolonien und Ungeziefer herum. Krönung des Ekels: Von der Decke tropft dreckiges Abwasser direkt in die Dusche!

🏚️ Schockierender Zustand: Die gesamte Anlage fällt buchstäblich auseinander. Die Tapeten schälen sich von den Wänden, die Klimaanlagen sind so ohrenbetäubend laut, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist, und das WLAN funktioniert so gut wie nie. Die Lobby gleicht einer zugestellten Rumpelkammer voller alter Fernseher und Pappkartons.

🤢 Der "Pool" des Grauens: Der sogenannte Rooftop-Pool ist eine grüne, stinkende Brühe voller Blätter und Vogelfedern. Man kann nicht einmal den Boden sehen! Die Liegen drumherum sind komplett verdreckt oder zerbrochen. Oft ist der Pool wegen "Renovierung" komplett gesperrt – natürlich ohne Vorwarnung.

Fazit: Dies ist kein Hotel, das ist ein Alptraum. Die Betreiber scheren sich einen Dreck um die Sicherheit oder die Gesundheit ihrer Gäste.

Pros:

El hotel apestaba , todo estaba viejo con tela araña y mucha humedad y moho. No me quedé los 3 días solo una noche por emergencia porque llegué y no tenía donde dormir y andaba con mi familia y niñas pequeñas. Al siguiente día d inmediato me fui a hospedar a otro hotel que estuviera limpio . Este estaba muy sucio y apestaba.

Cons:

La limpieza , y hacer mantenimientos en el hotel, todas sus paredes estaban cayendo la pintura y la tina llena de moho la cortina todo olía horrible .

Ikke tilfredsstillende
Pros:

Hotellet mørkt og dystert. Hele etagen var meget støjende ikke velegnet for mennesker der vil sove, Personalet var nærmest ligeglade selvom de på deres camera har kunnet følge med i hvad der skete

Very very bad hotel! It’s not hotel! It’s goest house!

Dirty and old! Room is very old! Air condition is very old and make horrible noise! Hotel doesn’t want change to another room! So I need to checkout earlier and go to another hotel! I can’t sleep and rest in this horrible hotel! Hotel reception don’t refund the last three nights to me!
