The location was super, just across the boardwalk from the beach. It was also a super location for restaurants, snack shops, etc. Also liked the ease of parking free at the hotel and finding & paying for parking on the street. Staff was super friendly.
Although the hotel had a microwave and refrigerator, we wished the hotel served breakfast. There were limited restaurants that actually served breakfast. Floor was sandy, but then you're at the beach.

Room was damp. We couldn’t seem to get our clothes dry. Ice maker on forth floor was out of order. Pool decks were in need of a cleaning.
The room was great/clean, staff was friendly. Location was amazing, very kid friendly!
Parking was very limited. We didn't move the car because we were scared to lose our parking spot.

Our floors were very dirty. The rest of the room wasn't bad. But the floors were not good.
Mary found out we were traveling with kids and she moved our room to be closer to the pool and elevator. The location can’t be beat, you’re steps away from the beach and all the activities. The pool was convenient and the rooms were basic but had what you needed.
The corners are tight and it’s easy to bump into people because you can’t see. There’s construction happening and it’s just a bit out of date.

Was not told by staff that we could park on the top parking lot. We parked in the bottom lot, pushed the cart with our belongings on it up the driveway and into the elevator to get to the room. My sister spilled a bit of coffee on the floor, used Kleenex to clean it up, and the Kleenex was all black. I don’t believe the floors were mopped. I was asked about housekeeping request, and given the options I said, light housekeeping. I did not realize that meant housekeeping did not make the beds daily. They bring clean towels and washcloth which we did appreciate.

Location was nice
The vent in the restroom didn't work, had no hot water first night, was told it was the entire 3rd floor runs out at the same time if everyone is showering before dinner. There was not enough parking so I actually had to pay for parking three blocks away, The guy from housekeeping walked into the room while we were packing up and was not even 11:00 check out time.

Parking, meaning people didn’t take the time to park between their lines or in the compact parking only spot.
Close proximity to all boardwalk activities and food places. It was fun to explore the surrounding area on foot. Very cute stores and eateries! The view of the sunrise were spectacular.
The shower head wants to spray outside of the shower so you need to make sure the shower curtain is inside the tub.
