Pros:

Pidin siitä kuinka siisti ja moderni huone ja hotelli oli muutenkin siisti.

Cons:

Suihkun lattialla oli vähän hometta ja kun varasimme hotellin siinä luki että ”todella hyvä aamupala”, mielestäni aamupala ei ollut todella hyvä enemmänkin keskinkertainen/normaali.

Please think many times before making a choice here because, as I have shown in the photos below, it is absolutely proven with written evidence that I am a booking agent. I booked this hotel through a program and checked in around 00:30, but I said I could pay the difference in price, but they refused (that's not the issue). Later, they gave me room number 210, and when my girlfriend and I checked in, we found the room was already occupied by someone else. I have a video of it, but when we saw clothes inside, we checked out. We didn't bother anyone at all. When I went to reception, an employee named Alex was very kind and tolerant, apologized, and said it was a system error. He gave bana the key card for room 219 again. The rest is documented in the phone call and screen recordings of my complaints; you can check them all individually. However, despite paying 120 euros and having these conversations until morning, and despite having a video, they said the red stain was fresh. They probably threatened the reception employee with losing their job to keep them quiet, because the reception employee saw it firsthand and folded it. I didn't even use the restroom. I only paid 120 euros for one coffee at the reception. I would advise you to think twice before coming here. The rooms had a very strong smell of dampness and mold; I had a hard time staying there I politely wrote to them requesting a refund, proving I never used the hotel, but they didn't believe me. It seems 120 euros is more important to them than reputation and character. I am confident in my innocence, but I am a working person, and it's surprising I'm writing this amidst my busy schedule. My name is Hüseyin Çağlar, as mentioned above, and I own my own company (IG: @caglarlogistic). I would never lie about 120 euros, but this hotel management is terrible (except for Alex, the receptionist). I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, für jeden etwas dabei. 15min Laufnähe in die Innenstadt

Cons:

Schimmel in der Dusche. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gab falsche Aussage über Nutzung der Sauna im Nachbarhotel. Warme Speisen (Ei, Beans etc.) am Frühstücksbuffet waren leider täglich kalt. Seelenlose Frühstücksbox 2 go mit trockenem Toast.

It was ok, is more basic in real time than what the pictures show but overall clean. Breakfast is nice.

Cons:

Nothing in particular, you just have to make sure you ask upfront to clean the room when you want it done (they let you know when you check in though!)
