Pros:

Bra frukost, sängen var mjuk och skön. Rummet är rent och välstädat. Det finns allt man behöver.

Cons:

Poor staff. Across all areas. No idea about what they provide to guests. Hide behind environmental policy to not clean rooms then ask 24hr notice to clean. Room cleaning very poor, beds not made. Tomato sauce at breakfast ran out after day 2. This stayed out for the remainder of the stay. Just generally poor and not sure how this can be called 4 star.

Pekné ubytovanie, čisté izby a veľmi chutné raňajky s bohatým výberom. Relatívne blízko historického centra. V blízkosti hotela zastávka verejnej dopravy.

Pros:

Hiljainen, ei kuulunut ääniä muista huoneista eikä kuulunut liikenteen melua. Pimennysverhot ja ilmastointi oli hyvät. Sänky ja peitto hyvä. Majoituimme kolme yötä. Ensi kerralla toiseen hotelliin.

Cons:

Henkilökunta tylyä. Saavuimme klo 16.20. Ilman mitään pahoittelua respa ilmoitti, että huone ei ole valmis ja joudumme odottamaan. Lopulta saimme huoneen ja huomasimme, että kylpyhuoneessa on paljon mustaa hometta. Menimme respaan sanomaan ettemme voi majoittua homeisessa huoneessa allergian vuoksi. Kiersimme katsomassa kolmea huonetta ja jokaisessa oli sama ongelma. Lopulta otimme vähiten homeessa olevan huoneen. Koko aikana ei henkilökunta pahoitellut asiaa. Aamiainen oli ok. "Jälkiruokapöytä" puuttui kokonaan. Erityisruokavaliota gluteeniton ei oltu huomioitu ollenkaan. Gluteenittomia tuotteita ei ollut ollenkaan esillä. Siivouksen sai jos pyysi edellisenä päivänä sen etukäteen. Kaappitilaa niukasti, joten ne piti säilyttää matkalaukussa. Huoneessa ei ole ollenkaan kylmäkaappia. Pienet huoneet, johon ei meinannut mahtua kahden matkalaukun kanssa. Homeen lisäksi kylpyhuoneet kaipaavat kunnon pesua. Sijainti syrjässä keskustasta.

Kylpyhuoneessa oli mustaa hometta. Ystäväperhe katsoi kolme eri huonetta ja kaikissa kylppäri oli homeessa. Henkilökunta ei ollut palvelualtista ja miellyttävää. Aamupala oli niukka ja ei ollut mitään pikkumakeaa kahvin kanssa. Hotelli oli syrjässä vaikka varatessa tuli eri mielikuva.

Siistit huoneet, joissa hyvä sänky. Sijainti melko hyvä. Lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaankaupunkiin.

Aamiaisella monet ruuat loppuivat jo yli puolituntia ennen aamiais ajan loppumista. Esimerkiksi leivistä oli yhdeksältä jäljellä enää paahtoleipää. Letut loppuivat molempina aamuina jo ennen puoli kymmentä. Myös lasit, haarukat yms. olivat välillä lopussa. Aamiaisella henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt, eikä vaikuttanut muutenkaan kovinkaan asiakaspalvelu henkiseltä. Jos aamiainen olisi ollut kunnossa olisi kokemus ollut erittäin hyvä.
