El Riad está literalmente al lado de la plaza principal de la Medina y cerca de todo, excelente ubicación. El personal es muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos, nuestra habitación estaba en la segunda planta y pudimos descansar muy bien porque no se escuchaba el ruido de afuera, la cama es cómoda y lo más importante fue que el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. El último día teníamos el vuelo por la noche y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje en el Riad para poder dar un último paseo y luego estuvimos esperando en las instalaciones mientras llegaba la hora de ir al aeropuerto, además nos organizaron el traslado ida y vuelta al aeropuerto de forma cómoda y segura.

Amazing location and nice place
Pros:

Location was amazing, I been many times to Marrakesh I don't know how I missed this place. The staff was amazing and welcoming he let me stay with no payment in advance until I get cash - some places you have to pay first - and 24 hour reception is good, I am looking now to book again soon.

Cons:

I didn't stay longer as i had to travel ;)

Well worth the money, a very pleasant stay that caters to everything you need for a few days in mareakesh.
Pros:

Had a great stay here, got a lovely room with everything we needed including aircon and bathroom, and a beautiful rooftop terrace and interior courtyard to hang out in the evening. Perfectly placed within 5 mins walk from central marketplace, mosque and restaurant. Thanks to abdul who was cordial and very helpful with anything we wanted to know while giving us direct advice and honest recommendations without trying to push any places on us. Service is appreciated.

Mejorable la atención y coordinación para reservar transporte al aeropuerto, tuve que comentarlo 3 veces y aun así la hora a la que lo reservaron no era la que les indiqué.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location in Marrakech. It is very close to the main square, making it easy to reach all the main activities and attractions on foot. The room on the second floor was quiet, which made the stay very pleasant and relaxing. A very convenient and peaceful place to stay in the heart of the city.
