Nice and safe location and tarrace and common space but not nice smell next to my room and noisy in the night
Pros:

The tarrace and „living room”/downstairs tarrace were cozy. The location is good for solo travellers too -just 20m from main street were many pedestrians are walking and there are many restaurants and shops so any time it is safe to walk alone.

Cons:

The windows were going on the accumulators/restaurant exhaust fans so if u wanted to have some fresh air inside the room -it was impossible bcs u felt weird smells, also during most of the night u hear sounds from the street -but for some it can be a plus in Marrakesh bcs it is safe ti sleep next to noisy street were all the night walk people

La prestation reste très correcte par rapport à l’emplacement et au prix.
Pros:

Le personnel était très disponible, à l’écoute et efficace, trouve tjrs une solution (nous avons pu changer de chambre)
L’emplacement est idéal.
La propreté des locaux est irréprochable.

Cons:

Ils ne proposent pas le service de petits -déjeuners.
L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne (murs, fenêtres).
Très bruyant côté rue.

Una decepción: las fotos no reflejan la realidad

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel de Marrakech fue bastante decepcionante. El alojamiento no se correspondía con lo que esperábamos después de ver las fotografías publicadas en Booking, ya que el estado real de las instalaciones era muy diferente.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, tanto en la habitación como en el baño, que estaba sucio. Además, las camas eran muy viejas y los enchufes no funcionaban, algo bastante incómodo durante la estancia.

Otro aspecto negativo fue el baño, que no tenía una separación adecuada entre la ducha y el inodoro, lo que hacía que el espacio resultara poco práctico.

Las paredes estaban rotas y además no había prácticamente ventilación dando la ventana para un patio interior y era muy pequeña.

Lo que más nos decepcionó fue la diferencia entre las imágenes que aparecen en Booking y lo que encontramos al llegar. Las fotografías transmitían una impresión que no se correspondía con la realidad del alojamiento.

En definitiva, no repetiríamos nuestra estancia. Creemos que la limpieza y el mantenimiento son aspectos básicos que cualquier hotel debería cuidar, y en este caso no estuvimos satisfechos con ninguno de los dos. Recomendamos a otros viajeros que tengan en cuenta estas cuestiones antes de reservar. Muy caro para la poca calidad de las instalaciones, estuvimos en otro mejor por muy poco más precio.

Отлично разположение - тип риад, централно разположен, на 2 мин. от площада, безопасно и осветено. Чисто, красиво и с много любезен персонал. Собствена баня с тоалетна и удобни легла.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale di Marrakech. Spazi comuni molto belli e staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La prima camera era in condizioni talmente scadenti da richiedere un cambio. Camere trascurate, con bagni e docce che necessitano di una seria ristrutturazione.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, luogo molto pulito e confortevole. Unica pecca era il bagno senza finestre separato dalla camera matrimoniale solo da un separè, non troppo intimo ma per il resto nulla da dire! Ci tornerei
