Pros:

Esta muy cerca del centro y el desayuno esta bien servido

Cons:

No había tv por cable, lo reportamos y según lo iban a checar pero no solucionaron el problema

No me gustó, no volvería.
Pros:

El domo de la recepción.

Cons:

- La puerta de entrada a la habitación no permitía poner seguro desde adentro porque la cerradura estaba mal cortada.
- La luz que se prende fuera con sensor ir te despierta a la noche si alguien pasa, porque no hay cortinas blackout o más oscuras.
- Las sábanas y edredones blancos, todos llenos de manchas.
- La sábana que cubre el colchón era solo una sábana encimera que se salía si me movía.
- Las almohadas manchadas y muy finas, sucias.
- Una araña muerta aplastada sobre el techo (podrían quitarla, no?, estirando las manos o sobre una pequeña escalera se llega).
- Las puertas corredizas del baño que dan hacia la calle, una no tiene seguro y se abre desde afuera, como seguridad es observable.
- La grifería del lavamanos del baño, rota.
- 1 solo pomito de shampoo y una barrita de jabón mini para 2 personas.

No incluía desayuno y no lo esperaba, pero por unos 85-90 usd la noche, esperaba que al menos las instalaciones estén en mejores condiciones. Solo llegamos a bañarnos, dormir e irnos. Entiendo que la plaza hotelera de Tepoz puede ser costosa, pero aún así, creo que hay que tener una relación precio calidad más armónica y cuidar los detalles de alguien que si los observa y espera al menos lo mínimo y básico que es limpieza, pulcritud y sensación de confort al descansar.

Las críticas no son con malicia, creo son oportunidades de mejora que harían revalorizar la experiencia.

Creo que deberían mejorar en esos aspectos
Pros:

La atención de la chica del restaurante es excelente!

Cons:

No me gustó que la televisión no tenía señal, que la alberca estaba un poco descuidada y el agua estaba helada, y el baño está un poco incómodo que se sale el olor hacia la habitación.

Cons:

La parte de la atención en la alberca la persona que está en me imagino es la barra nunca salio a ofrecer algo bebidas, no hay quien te de o informe de toallas o algo solo salio por sus alimentos y ya no salio para nada
Creo que falta que ofrezcan para vender
En el restaurante la comida y el cafe llegan tibios

El restaurants solo funciona para desayuno y en la noche sería una gran opción por la vista. Las almohadas son muy incómodas, las habitaciones requieren una renovación.

Basically it was OK but in the first thing when they did the check and the room that I supposed to get it, I didn’t get it because the room they have a problem with the TV and the Internet and a bad thing that I didn’t have any TV in that room my original reservation so they switched me to another Room with the TV working, but it was a two individual vets so basically basically I wasn’t not so happy with that

The only thing I’ve even like that is because problems with the TV and also some kind of like I don’t know something was somewhere or whatever but it was not very quiet one of my time
